Almotti is a gluten free family-owned bakery based in Miami, Florida, founded and operated by Pastry Chef Carlo Raciti, a 3rd generation Sicilian baker, and his wife Rebecca Bechara. We just LOVE Almotti Gluten Free Delicacies! They have the best line of Italian Macaroons, beautiful and delicious cakes, and gorgeous gifting options! Our daughter is obsessed with their cupcakes and Ricci bites. Highly recommend, especially bc they're gluten free, and offer dairy free and vegan options.

The Gluten Free Guava Cupcakes are hands down one of the best guava cupcakes I’ve ever had. My wife has celiac so she has to eat gf and by chance we found this place so we wanted to try it out and wow are we both glad we did... after her first bite she was amazed and made me try it and I was just amazed as she was. Thank you from our family because we cant get enough. We will keep passing by the store every week to pick up some goodies.

We no longer live in Miami full time but were in Miami last weekend. Almotti was at the Beaux Art Show and we were lucky to get to taste the cookies. Needless to say several of them came back with us. They’re all great but the guava is our favorite. Hopefully we’ll be able to have them shipped to the North Georgia mountains soon! Congratulations on a great product.
