Enjoyed a few nights during Thanksgiving week here, meeting with extended family at a nearby rental for the holidays. We were very impressed with the care and cleanliness of the property and loved that it was so small (maybe 14 lots total) and full hookups! Lots are close but there was plenty of room to put up a small pen for the pups and plentiful grass and neatly manicured lawns. Incredibly close and easy access to the beach and great views of the waves over the grass from our trailer rear window (lot #6). Very quiet area and all clientele were considerate and friendly. This place has been an amazing trip for my family. The owner and general manager are the nicest people we’ve meet. It’s close enough to the ocean but yet just far enough away on a busy weekend. The site are currently nicety and level. They have WiFi, 50/30amp, water and sewer hook up. We are gonna come back again and bring the in-laws. The sunset was beautiful.

DISAPPOINTED. We were treated very unprofessional by the staff, the water is a yellow color and smells of Sulphur, and the mosquitos are terrible. However, we missed a part that noted the pets weather parts of the property
It was a simple oversight. Despite this, we were not called. Rather we were confronted in the front of the hotel in front of multiple guests, yelled at, threatened with court, and treated like common criminals. We have never been treated so unprofessional in our entire lives. We will never return to the establishment. Whatever the problem, there is no excuse for treating guests

So we bought an old RV and The Breeze Hotel & RV Park was the place where we broke her in... Beautiful RV Park! Very clean and well kept! Easy beach access, fire pit with swing benches, and very nicely updated hotel rooms! (My Brother-in-Law stayed in the hotel side) This will forever be our go to spot! DOG FRIENDLY!!!

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend, and we could not have been happier! The rooms were recently renovated and everything was very clean and well decorated. You have a perfect view of the entire beach and the sunrise from the balcony They even have a fire pit with wood ready for late night s'mores or just relaxing. We will definitely be returning!

We were able to schedule some time around medical appointments and decided to stay at The Breeze in our RV. Even though a massive thunderstorm rolled through one night, we had a wonderful time. The new owners, John and Frances, were very warm and welcoming. RV hookups had been upgraded and we suffered no blown fuses. Before leaving, we were able to look at one of the hotel rooms that had been remodeled. Absolutely lovely but the ocean view was AMAZING!! We will return definitely!!

This place is amazing! I'm super Bougie and won't just stay anywhere. I was so skeptical I rented an RV as a back up. We didn't stay in the RV! The hotel is brand new looking! Super clean! They disinfect everything. You can't find a dust bunny anywhere. They take care of the grounds and have a fire pit and area to hang out and grill. It's super close to the water. I really can't say enough about this great place. We had bad weather one night during our stay and they comped the night! I mean, how cool is that? Great for a romantic get away or a family or a group. Love

Think convenience on a budget. This place is so close to the water, quiet, clean and has great AC! No frills or fuss but that isn't what you really come to the beach for is it? Trent the onsite manager is amazingly helpful and always available. Recommended some great places to eat and best times to set up on the beach.

Affordability right on the beach. Fantastic views from every little condo. Very clean with plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen and little family area is separate from the bedroom and enough room for a family of 4 maybe 5. Didnt use the kitchen really due to so many good places to eat within a couple miles. The 2 burner stove is quite outdated and burner plates are pretty old and rusted but hey for the price you can't beat it anywhere in the area. Basics are there for cooking, couple pots a skillet a couple plates bowls and cups so if need more may want to bring some paper

I'm giving this park 5 stars because of location on the beach, cleanliness, personality of management. If you are in the area, I suggest you make a reservation here and request sport number 1 which has the best view of the ocean. This is not an RV resort, it is simply a campground on the beach. No party room, bath house, etc. Concrete pads, green grass, 50 amp service with sanitation hookups. The basics, but nice basics!
