I can't say enough great things about this company. I booked less than 24 hours prior to travel with ease. Unfortunately my plane was late and I wasn't at the hotel when the scooter was supposed to arrive, they had no problem waiting to deliver once we reached the resort. The customer service and communication were amazing. When we were leaving they worked with is on adjusting our drop off time as well. The scooter was in good condition, battery's we're strong and lasted all day no problem. I highly highly recommend this company if you are considering renting a scooter in Vegas. Please feel free

This company was absolutely amazing. Online reservation was quick & easy. I got to Vegas later than expected but they were understanding & still delivered the scooter to my hotel quickly once I finally got there. There pricing was very reasonable. The scooter worked great & was a lifesaver. I will be using this company any time a scooter is needed

I would not have had the time I was able to have in Vegas without the assistance of a scooter. This was a great experience bc of this company and their professionalism. If you call, they answer promptly and are super helpful. I forgot my scooter charger and the driver waited a good 20 mins for me to run back to my room and get it without a complaint. Highly recommend. ❤️🛴

We were in Vegas for dad's 89th birthday and thought his walker would be fine. After a day we realized we needed a scooter. If I could give more stars this company deserves it. Pick up and drop off is a cinch. They bring the scooter right to you with in minutes of calling. ( I think it took @ 15 minutes) Returning was so simple, They picked up the scooter at the same place they dropped off. We watched a late show and Missed the monorail, had to ride the scooter from luxor on the south end of strip all the way to Sahara at the north end of strip. I had a stroke and cannot walk. I was worried that I would run out of battery. That little scooter not only got me back but I still had half a battery!!

Had a great experience with Red One! Khalid and Sala were friendly, polite, and easy to work with scheduling delivery and return. The scooter was in great condition and ran well. I used another place in Vegas 3 times in past years, but that other place started going downhill. I wasn't sure about Red One because they had fewer reviews, but all were great (or obvious the customer was unreasonable). We will definitely call on Red One again for future scooter rentals in Las Vegas.

This company delivered the scooter right to our hotel and picked it up. Their staff was very friendly and courteous. He showed my husband how to operate and breakdown the scooter so it would fit in the back of our car. When we had to change the pick up time, it was no problem. We would use them again!

I loved everything about Red One!! The scooters were clean, seats were extremely comfortable, everything functioned as it should and took us just 5 minutes to get my scooter but most importantly, the staff were fast, on time & and all out amazing. Specially Zack!! He was always making sure that we were happy and comfortable and had what we needed. He had such a passion for his job that it translated to pure excellence!! We used this company for a 3 day stay in Vegas. Superior customer service and friendly staff. We had an issue with one of the scooters (no fault of the company) and they came right away with a replacement. We were stopped a few times with people asking about the scooter. We recommended this company each time. Reasonable pricing. Call Zack. You won't be disappointed
