I have been going to River City Dental Solutions for Many Years, dating back to Dr. Shield. One thing that always appeals to me is their please attitude as I walk into their office! Always greeting with a smile as they work with me to keep my teeth healthy!!!

The staff was very friendly and professional. My hygienist Kristine was excellent! My mouth felt great afterwards. Dr. Perry was so gentle as he explained what he was doing. Great service!

Horrible service… or should i say lack of service
I set an appointment along time ago for a 9AM Thursday morning so as to be able to complete my other responsibilities that day as well. I get a text Tuesday afternoon asking me to confirm i was gonna be there and another Thursday morning prior to me leaving for the appointment. Which i replied back confirming i would be there at 9 Thursday morning
I get to river city dentists office and check in about 8:40 (being respectful to be early rather than late) two other people come in about 15-20 minutes after i did and get called back for service
