From our history, you know that we have almost 120 years experience coupled with extensive training and passion for fine jewelry and gemstones.
One carat equals to 0.2 grams or 200 milligrams. Carat weight is the prime factor that determines the weight of a diamond. Larger diamonds are undoubtedly costlier. Carat makes expressing diamond weight easier as compared to milligrams. Instead of giving three labels to diamonds weighing 20 milligrams, 211 milligrams and 220 milligrams, carat offers a category for fitting the diamonds in a one category, placing these diamonds in one-carat range.
Our custom design process starts with an initial consultation to understand and establish what you wish to create. After the first consultation we use our in house CAD designer to render a computer generated image, that will be approved by you. Following the approval of the rendered image of your custom piece, we will begin the physical creation which normally takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

Wow, the service here is unparalleled! I had to leave this review immediately upon leaving because I was struck by how helpful and friendly the team is. Kristi was amazing to work with. I took my engagement ring to get repaired after having just moved to Houston. The ring wasn’t even theirs and they covered the repair cost. Working with Kristen was an unbelievably fantastic experience. Her transparency, communication, and willingness to go out of her way after hours in assisting me with a purchase was hands down the greatest customer service I have every received from any business. Kristen understood the importance of communication and transparency that I was hoping for when making a purchase like this. I needed a family heirloom repaired and the job was perfectly done. I also wanted to change the setting for earrings and I could not be more pleased with the workmanship. I also took a rather low end watch for a battery replacement and that was done in a snap. All the costs were completely reasonable.

We wanted to add an anniversary ring to my wedding set and I had a requirement of it including ten diamonds to represent our ten year anniversary. I spent a lot of time searching the internet and realized it's not common for rings to come with an even amount of stones so we decided to have one custom made. We picked Valobra because of their solid reviews and couldn't be more thrilled with our decision. The event Valobra put on this evening was simply out standing! It was such a great time presented by a great jeweler. I can't say enough about the presentation they displayed and the fantastic music. I didnt get a chance to get the DJ's name but he was really good. Awesome experience from awesome people. Even with the cold weather this evening they had a tent that was warm and full of smiles.

Seriously, don't waste your time anywhere else looking jewelry as you're not going to find better service, quality or creativity in their jewelry.
I strolled in on the advice of a friend looking for a wedding ring, without a clue what to get. I gave the lady at the counter, Beatrice a rough idea of what I wanted and a few days later, I went back to find an amazing, custom ring that blew me away.
My buddies hate me now because I upstaged them with a ring that literally made their wives jealous when I showed it to them.
