Karen was our agent and she was phenomenal! Highly recommend. We were buying from out of state and she made the process SO easy. She took fantastic videos of the homes we were interested in and provided helpful feedback about the homes- such as issues, pluses, good house, not a good one, etc. she opened all the cabinets, doors, closets, etc. as well as the plumbing. She was very responsive to questions, and we had a million. She stood up for us and fought for us with the seller as well as our lender. The Dunfee Group and Karen in particular were amazing to work with! We had to complete our home search from the other side of the country as part of a military move, and Karen went above and beyond to tour every house we wanted to see, send us a plethora of videos and photos, and put us in a house that suited our family. We got to work with Donna Lozano, and wow, what a gem of a person and realtor. We were home hunting in 2021 during one of the most difficult housing markets -- large appraisal gaps, very short offer turnaround times, all-cash offer competition, etc. Donna was our rock during the whole process.
