As a former New Yorker, I played it safe and went with a plain cheese pizza and was transported back home. THIS IS IT! I have found delicious *real* pizza in California!! And the Stromboli!!! Fresh, filling, perfectly balanced between cheese, veggies and meats. Landini's, you have made a new life-long customer!!

My family and I have been going here for many years and WE LOVE IT every time! We are from Arizona and we come to San Diego for Christmas each year and going here is a MUST! This time they burnt our pizza slightly and Daniel gave us a brand new pizza. We are so thankful for everyone who works here and we love the atmosphere! See you next year!

They've got cheap specials like 2 slices and a soda for $9. There was a good variety of pizza from pepperoni, to margherita, to a white pizza. This is a quick service pizza place that reminds me of the ones back in NY.
You go up to the counter and order you slices. They'll then quickly heat them up for you, then you're on your way.
The pizzas were good but nothing spectacular. The pizzas are thin crust, which is great for folding! Honestly, I thought the pizza was a little rubbery.
I'm not saying I wouldn't go back if I wanted something cheap and quick after some drinking

We went last night and got a pepperoni and spinach pizza, along with their calzone. The pizza itself was good but too greasy. I do not recommend getting pepperoni on the pizza, unless you don't mind the grease. The crust was very plain and lacked any flavor at all. The calzone was excellent, the ricotta cheese was amazing it was very creamy. I do wish that they would have given us utensils since we ordered it to go.

We ordered a four topping pizza to go as well as individual slices of different varieties. First, the toppings are inadequate, sparse, and scattered on the pie without symmetry. Some slices had three pieces of mushroom, others had two or even one. The same was true for every topping that we ordered.
Second, the crust is razor thin. The dough literally crumbles when you bite into it. If you do order pizza from here be sure to eat it all while it's hot. As we found out, there is

Pizza has been my favorite food since... forever. When I saw the great reviews here, I was super excited to try it! Landini's is located in the heart of Little Italy, which is a gorgeous and romantic area to grab dinner. Everyone knows that pepperoni pizza is a staple. Is you're vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or Gluten-free. Particularly, if you are at a pizzeria that had a variety of choices. So why was there no pepperoni available at 5 p.m. Seating may unlikely be available because of current Covid and eating outdoors. Most folks eat and leave so it's in the timing.
