We bought a house with Decca and our realtor was Tom Reeves. He is fantastic, very professional and he goes way beyond what could be expected. He stayed in touch and kept us well informed before, during and even after closing. He also helped us with other things, such as getting us help with unloading our moving truck and many other things. He stayed on top of other things like the roof replacement. He is absolutely wonderful, by far the best realtor that we have ever met.

A lawsuit may be filed against this firm and their horrific agent Jerry Brooks for the treatment of non affiliated buyers in a recent transaction. Decca should terminate this person for how he treats people and represents them. A formal complaint is also being filed with the FL Real Estate Board against both this Broker and Mr. Brooks.
