Update January 2021 new management is doing great and Melissa has addressed every concern I've brought to her attention. Maitainence needs to do better but with new management there have been improvements hopefully with more positive ones to come.
I will be here 4 years as of November. Great experience. Only bicomplaint is the gates not always operating or broken. Apart from that no complaints.

Pros: Neighborhood is quiet
Cons: Roach INFESTATION
I have never lived ANYWHERE where I have had a roach infestation. I would post the pictures of the roaches IN MY FRIDGE and everywhere else my fiancé has taken pictures of them (to show the office of proof of this health hazard) but I cannot bring myself to look at them because it is so infuriating. I have found roaches even in the water that is supposed to soak my children’s bottles/sippy cups. What’s worse, I have called to express my frustration to the office MULTIPLE times with NO response. I moved in Casa Brera in June 2021. This community is small, quiet and well kept. No complaints. So far so good!....update December 2021....place is a joke, maintenance is incompetent & barely speaks English, nothing ever gets fixed, gate constantly open , never gated.. Management is never around, the office doesn't answer calls. Nobody cleans, & I had a RAT in my unit. NOT A MOUSE. CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!!!

Good complex, good place. I placed a review several months ago because I was so happy with my the complex. I'll be here for 3 years now and recently renew. However, the magic is gone.
Last week, I was robbed and the apartment keys was on my purse. I was unable to get in my apartment. When I call the maintenance services and the office they do not resolve the issues with the new lock, no option was provided. Basically, I pay for the new lock and the locksmith services. Administration do not refund the money (300.00). I'm feel very disappointed with the complex and the "policies". We paid a lot

My boyfriend and I moved into Casa Brera in June of 2020 and have absolutely loved our apartment! Perfect first apartment for us. Courtney and Destini are absolutely wonderful and are very easy to communicate with. Community is very well kept and neighbors are very friendly, quiet, and courteous. I would recommend Casa Brera to anyone!

My husband and I knew this would be the perfect first apartment for us as soon as we walked in. Destiny was SO accommodating during the entire process and we are forever grateful for her patience and love. We have really been able to make a home here. Many of our friends and family are astounded by the spaciousness of our apartment and well-kept grounds especially considering the affordable price. We have so much fun meeting new neighbors, tanning by the pool, and going on wine walks around property. Also, the wonderful amenities that are found here are hard to come by anywhere else. Very unprofessional. My husband and I scheduled an appointment to view a 2/2 floorplan. Upon speaking with the customer service representative we were unceremoniously informed that we make too much money to even apply for an apartment with them. As we were leaving, the office staff felt the need to remind us that "we are fortunate that we make so much money, and not everyone is blessed with that kind of privilege."We are a middle class income family trying to find affordable housing. While we were looking for an apartment, we came across this property, Casa Brera. We had have a few other places in mind such Savona Grand and Arium in west Boynton but unfortunately we fell in love with Casa Brera from the moment we arrived on the property. Our realtor, Eleanor Capron, and my family met with Courtney at the office and she was extremely kind and genuine as well as a true professional. She made the process very easy and simple for us.
