My feedback is on behalf of my husband. He has always gotten a really weird vibe from literally everyone on the staff. He avoided the dentist for years and it's unfortunate that he encountered this office. He has many issues with his teeth and is self-conscious about it and has been working with this office for 3 years correcting them yet always feels like he is mildly judged for the state of his mouth. He recently went, somehow was scheduled for an "emergency" visit$$, weird miscommunication, he wanted to get a cleaning, to which they basically said his teeth were too messed

Went to the office for a cleaning. Was immediately told I had bad teeth and needed grafting immediately. Got pressured into getting fluoride on my gums, but wasn't told it would cost me extra. Went to a new dentist that told me I'm far away from needing grafting. Seems like this place just wants to help out their referral partners and tell people they have teeth issues that really aren't problems. Stay far away.

I hate going to the dentist and did not keep up on regular visits. As a result, I had a couple of embarrassing problems that Dr. EP was more than accommodating. I have never experienced this level of detail at any dentist period. She is thorough, puts you at ease, and treats everyone with respect and dignity. Yes I hate going still, but she will be my dentist as long as she is in practice.

Dr. Plas told me my young child had several cavities and that she had "deep, groovy teeth." I felt terrible! I told my friend about it. She said - let me guess, she told you she has deep, groovy teeth. I said yes! She advised that I get a second opinion as she tells many patients this. I went for a second opinion - no cavities. She had stains from her vitamins. My experience with this dentist is that she's extremely dishonest.

My husband and I just moved to Cincinnati and knew we would need to find a dentist. I absolutely dread dentist visits, and wanted to make sure that we went to a great dentist. Well, I can assure you, Elizabeth is beyond great. She explained thoroughly what she found from my X-rays. I had cavities needing to be filled, and encouraged me to get them done within a few weeks. I came back a week later and got them done! The fillings were quick and painless and she asked multiple times if I was doing okay. Elizabeth and her staff really cared about me and made me feel comfortable during both visits.

As one of Dr. Plas's first patients when she opened, I have been going to Dr. Plas for a decade. I trust her work wholly and entirely. When I first went to Dr. Plas, I hadn't been to the dentist in years. I had several issues that needed to be taken care of, and she took the time to show me X-rays, explain my options, and help me space out the work so that I could afford it.

I've lived in many different states in my adult life and have encountered many shady dental practices. When my husband and I moved to Cincinnati, we researched our options and chose Dr. Plas. We have been so happy with that decision. Every procedure is completely explained beforehand and everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Plas herself are always friendly and welcoming. Now that we have our son, I've brought a baby and now a toddler to my appointments and from the giant fire truck in the waiting room to the careful way they've done work on my teeth with him on

Follow up - this woman had the nerve to call me in the middle of the day while I was at work concerned about the review I had left on here because "as a small business owner" that could hurt her business. Did she offer to correct the situation? No! It was all about her, Maybe as a small business owner she should be a little more concerned about customer service. From the other complaints on here, it appears to be an area she need to work on.

I had a root canal done and Elizabeth did the work on the crown. The crown was undersized causing a huge gap between my two far back teeth. It is so big that floss doesn't even snap when going through. I'm now going through reconstructive work in order to fix the error. This dentistry did not own up to their faulty work and would not even consider fixing it.
This place is more for young children. Unless you are 12 years old or younger, do not go here.

Very thorough but gentle cleaning. I appreciate the care taken and the fact that people in the office remember me and my family from one visit to the next.
Dr. Plas has been our family's dentist for nearly ten years and we have never had a bad experience. I have recommended her to many people, especially families with children. She has a great rapport with kids.

Who likes to go to the dentist? I certainly don't! However, the kind and courteous attitude of Dr. Plas and her staff, as well as the relaxed atmosphere of the office provided me with the most pleasant visit of my life to the dentist. As someone still relatively new to Cincinnati, it was challenging to find a dentist. My co-workers all go to different dentists, but none were highly recommended... they were all just "fine." I saw that Dr. Plas has branded her practice with the words "Gentle Dentistry," and that really appealed to me.
