Look, we only renewed our lease here because we needed to save money for a house. Been here almost two years and honestly I can’t do it anymore. Apartments are nice, but so poorly built. Would not recommended living on the bottom floor. Can hear everything above you. Literally, everything. Even your neighbors wall, you can hear everything.
Amenities are okay, I guess. For what I’m paying and the poor experience I’m getting, definitely not worth it. If neighbors respected the 10 pm noise curfew, it wouldn’t be so bad. I’ve tried to deal with it, but I can’t anymore.

I've lived at waterside for over 2 years and I've LOVED my time here! The amenities are lovely, great pool and gym. I love going to the hot tubs at night and do so almost every week! The units are all new and well maintained. We always had our maintenance issues taken care of quickly. The staff is all very nice and friendly! Parcel Pending, the package storage system is incredible. I don't have a dog but it's incredibly doggo friendly and I love seeing all the puppers around. There are some issues sometimes with the valet trash and the pool can get crowded, but honestly no apartment complex is

You would think with how much money these places cost a month they would keep the interior of the apartment buildings clean!!!!
There are marks all over the staircase entry from ppl moving! There is even chipped paint and chunks missing from the walls in common areas. There has been a beer can on the ground I'm my entry way for over 10 days now. The floor boards and light fixtures have layers of dirt and grim on them. Block reality surely has enough money to hire someone to keep these things up!!!

I lived in Waterside since 2017 and my family and I loved our time there. Ely handled our second lease when we upgraded to a 3 BR and made everything go smoothly. We left in Feb this year because we purchased our own home but if we hadn’t we most likely would have stayed. They are really nice apartments and the amenities are awesome, loved the pool and doggy park area and for sure will miss the GYM. The staff is really nice! The move out process for me was awesome this time around no crazy fees.Thank you Waterside.

I have lived here for almost 3 years, and am only not renewing my lease because I am looking for a home. While no complex is perfect, this has been the best one I have lived at. The office girls are always very nice and friendly, the maintenance guys are always very quick when I have had issues. The amenities are very nice here and part of what you pay for. The walls are a little thin as others have mentioned. My only real issue, which isn't really the complex's fault, is that the trash service is VERY hit or miss when they show up, and you can't opt out of it, which sucks.

Nice amenities. My wife stayed for 2.5 years. Apart from rent there are so many charges. Fitness reimbursement is 12 dollars which is expensive than Planet fitness You will be charged twenty five dollars for valet trash and is mandatory. It is ridiculous to not be able to deny valet service. They will not show up if there is a drop of rain or 1 mm of snow. I should say their valet trash service is a joke. The most fun part is you are charged 4 dollars towards utility and admin fee. This is because they chose third party for generating bills I believe. Their pool is full most times and Have always

Gorgeous complex with more amenities than you can imagine!! Beautiful pools and green spaces which are perfect for the pups and great public patios perfect for grilling and entertaining. Apartments are new with amazing detail and great neighbors. The staff is super friendly and overly accommodating, I can't say enough good things! I would definitely recommend Waterside to anyone looking for an apartment with an awesome community atmosphere!

Amazing apartment complex! Recently moved in and everything is what we expected and more. Apartments are beautiful and appliances are top notch. It really does feel like a resort with all the amenities and apartment layouts. Everyone in the leasing office is helpful and responsive and goes out of there way to make sure you have all you need. Ely is the best! We’ve mainly been communicating with her, but the interactions we’ve had with everyone else have been great as well. Excited to call Waterside home :)
