I contacted Jay Oakley over a speeding ticket in a commercial vehicle, I was sited for going 10 mph over the speed limit in Winchester, Ky on I-64. I had tried contacting several law firms and attorneys in the Lexington, Ky. area and most would not answer the phone or return my call due to the nature of the violation in a commercial vehicle. I did have 2 attorneys contact me before Jay Oakley did, the first was one of the bigger law firms in Lexington and they told me I didn’t stand a chance to get my ticket dropped being in the particular country I was sited in and the crack down on CDL holders

Absolutely no attention to detail. Does not seem to be very adept with Kentucky family law. Not professional. Demanded full payment with the case not even being completed. Then asked if significant others would pay the remaining balance. We have never dealt with any professional that was so unprofessional. Would absolutely, without hesitation, not recommend him, especially for any type of divorce proceedings.

His office staff helped my gf get through all the “red tape” and calmed her down quiet a bit during this difficult time in our life.
