Go to Theisens where they do great work and actually appreciate you, rather than letting you feel like they are doing you the favor.

I have been a repeat customer of five seasons tire now for thirty years. Never been steered wrong or been up seller for what I did not need ever. To be able to trust a business is worth it's weight in gold these days. Let them take care of all my tire needs and then oil changes and brakes. Fast fair friendly service always has been my experience. I have no hesitation to send friends family or strangers to them.

I just happened to find this shop about 12 years ago when I had a tire emergency present itself with a delivery truck. I explained the time sensitive nature of the load and the guys here understood but also really cared about my dilemma. Far above and beyond was the service I received here, from tracking down and having the tires delivered so quickly to accommodating my delivery truck being too large for their bays and pulling the wheels in their lot, my experience and satisfaction with my treatment was beyond top notch. Since then if I need anything wheel related I absolutely refuse to go elsewhere

Overall a pretty good place I got a set of tires for my Audi and they’re great! Although when I took my car into get the tires rotated they had over torqued the wheels to the point where my rotors got warped and I had to replace them because of the squeaking sound it made after getting them rotated which was quite annoying.

The five star reviews for this business are spot on. You can't find a better deal concerning the free tire rotations as long as you purchased your tires from them. I'm removing two stars because they are not taking any type of COVID-19 protocols. There are no signs requesting customers to wear masks and the employees flat out do not wear masks. I believe that employees wearing masks when dealing with customers face to face should be the bare minimum for any business during this pandemic.

As a single lady that admittedly doesn't know much about her vehicle, it can often be intimidating to get car repairs done. I refuse to use anywhere other than Five Seasons Tire for my flats. (I use a dealer for everything else because I lease and I don't have a choice)
These guys are always TOP NOTCH friendly and fast! I get in and get out. They keep their waiting area tidy too. Oftentimes when I group of guys work together, you might hear inappropriate conversation or swearing or experience bad manners... But never at this place.

I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. I brought in my car for an oil change and realignment. I had never been here before. I choose Five Seasons since it's close to my workplace. Right off the bat I knew I was in for a bad experience when they tried to upsale me-- telling me I needed $1500 in parts & labor on my car in order to do the realignment. I had taken my vehicle to a reputable mechanic a few months prior for an overall inspection and there were no issues. After oil change I saw the check engine light on--and the brakes locked up. I bought a new set of tires (well, new in 2011) from Five Seasons. I looked extensively for the best bang for my buck and this was money well spent. I don't do a lot of driving, so I still have the same tires on my car. Free tire rotations if you purchase from them, so I visit this location at least annually. Very informative and friendly staff. Fast service. Would recommend making an appointment first, but I think they accept walk-ins if they have the availability.

I was visiting CR and as the town and I mutually hate each other, I was not terribly surprised when a street attacked my front tire and did some front-end damage. I took my car to 5ST on a recommendation from family and am really grateful I did. The gentlemen were all very polite and proper and it was a pleasant experience.
