RDU Counseling for Change is a private practice group of psychotherapists in Raleigh whose mission is to provide compassionate care to all of our clients.
Kelley Baughman is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina. Her clinical experience includes working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds in residential and outpatient settings to address a range of life concerns and mental health diagnoses, including chronic illness, grief, loss, and life transitions.
Whitney Chambers is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in the state of North Carolina. She worked in human resources and office administration for almost a decade before discovering her true passion for helping others, which led to a career transition as a mental health clinician.
Christy Douglas is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who believes that mindset shifting can change your life. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University and a Master of Science Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a treatment for couples that is steeped in attachment theory and an understanding of the importance of secure attachments in our primary relationships. We need to know that our partners are there for us when we reach for them. That when we cry out or panic, that they are reliable, dependable and responsive.

Kelly Harrison is known to have employed people of color (African American) in the past and been extremely gracious in her business practice with those of a different race from her own.

I like the fact that this is a woman owner company but I am unsure (and I can only speak for myself) if they hire outside of their race. In speaking with them they all seem pretty friendly, but I had a gut feeling that the zoom interview in which they were able to visually see me would be totally different from the voice interview. This is just my personal feeling which I kind of verified for myself by seeing who the new hire was. Of course they may say that the other lady was more qualified etc. but like I stated this is my gut feeling and I just want others that are similar to me to proceed with
