This was a great team to work with. We were looking for a unique facility that could fit many different criteria. They quickly understood what we needed an were very focused in their search. They made the process seem easy, even though we were searching for our location when the COVID outbreak started. After finding the perfect space, they were extremely helpful in negotiating our LOI. I definitely plan on using them for any future commerical real estate needs we may have.

Leading Edge represented us in the sale of our airplane hangar. They found a buyer very quickly and helped us through the difficult paperwork to assign our lease from the city to the new owner along with handling the HOA transfer paperwork. Without them, I feel the deal would have fell through. They kept everyone aware of the ongoing situations and assured us all the whole time everything would be fine and go through. A++ I would not buy or sell another hangar without them!
