As a graduate of USC School of Dentistry and after having completed a mini-residency at UCLA in Dental Sleep Medicine, he is well trained to offer the latest techniques in dentistry spanning from basic exams through comprehensive cosmetic and restorative procedures. We are a dental practice devoted to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of your smile using conservative, state-of-the-art procedures that will result in beautiful, long lasting smiles! Dr. Atkins participates in numerous classes and hand-on seminars to be able to offer you preventive and cosmetic dentistry with many advanced services for diagnosis and treatment.
Christy has been with Dr. Atkins since 1987. She has enjoyed watching the patients and their families grow along with the practice. She enjoys her co-workers and the friendly atmosphere of the office. She is a huge hockey fan and enjoys attending all the Anaheim Ducks' games. She likes music and going to concerts, reading and spending time with her husband, son and two dogs.

It's great news that the incidence of tooth decay has significantly diminished over the years due to the use of fluorides and an increase in patient awareness. However, teeth are still susceptible to decay, infection, and breakage and sometimes need to be restored back to health. Through improved techniques and modern technology, we are now able to offer more options for restoring a tooth back to its normal shape, appearance and function.

Under its new owner, this office completely wasted my time by granting me an appointment for cleaning and then, after I took off work and drove to the appointment, informed me that they would require x rays as well to do the service. They could have just as easily told me this on the phone in advance, I could have brought recent x rays from my periodontist. But no, that would have been too considerate of my time. Where does this arrogance come from, with medical and dental professionals thinking that their time is sacred and the patient's time is theirs to waste?

Dr Adkins has the rare ability to always find a reason you need more services and he can do them for a cost. I never left a cleaning without a 'concern' about to tooth that was probably fine today but probably going to decay tomorrow so I needed drilling and expensive procedures. His staff was great, nice tooth cleanings but Dr Adkins goes to work to make money on extra services so be ready to pay. Go somewhere else. Nice guy on the surface but deep down he's paying for another vacation house
