I sent my taxes to the Orofino, ID office on 3/22/21. After multiple inquiries and being told they'd be done "soon", they were sent to my old address on 5/12/21. I managed to gain possession of them (only due to the kindness of strangers) on 5/13/21 and realized they had put my old address on my taxes (even though all of my tax forms had my current address and I called to correct my mailing address at the beginning of the year), incorrectly filed health forms, and missed an entire student loan interest deduction. When I called on 5/14/21, the admin said she had been told the boss

This firm partner failed to answer routine questions, was rude and never returned all of my tax documents when I requested to leave; they apparently disappeared.
I will have to recreate my file and probably file an extension for a simple return, submitted in February.
I was with the previous firm for many years, before it was bought by BC.
I submitted all tax documents, organized with a list.
The partner would not acknowledge or answer a simple question from my financial advisor, nor 3 inquiries about a month later, from me, as to when the return would be finished.
After a 4th emailed inquiry

This firm was very rude to me when I decided to leave them. When I asked to have all of my tax documents forwarded electronically to another firm, one of the partners accused me of hanging up on him in the past which I do not recall. This animosity seems to be because I was sympathetic to a colleague they had fired and who was the accountant who did my return for at least a decade or longer. The partner hung up on me after being very rude and telling me I would have to call back and talk with their receptionist to get my documents. He told me he hated to waste his time on clients like me who
