I have worked with children, adults, families and couples. Some of the issues we have tackled have included anxiety, depression, anger, grief, alcohol/drug addiction, infidelity, behavioral issues, sexual abuse, pre-marital and marital concerns, along with personality and career assessments. As much as I love the children I have counseled, currently my primary focus is to work with women.

There is probably nothing you could share with me that I have not dealt with either professionally or personally. I have learned that my journey can be beneficial to you because I can empathize with you. This may mean that I cry with you and sit in the pain for a bit. I also will love you enough to possibly say, This isn't healthy for you.
Services
My husband and I have been together over 30 years! We have three children that have all flown the nest. In my spare time I love to read, watch documentaries and reality tv shows, swing in a hammock, text friends, take pictures of beautiful sunsets and clouds, and try to keep up with my Instagram and Facebook feeds.
Often people dealing with anxiety notice that they just want to isolate themselves. If you are normally introverted, you may feel like you just want to be a hermit and get in bed and cover yourself up. If you are usually outgoing, you may be less likely to want to spend the time with others. You may not even have the energy to do it.
Depression can look differently from one person to the next but it usually interferes with your daily work. You may miss work more or feel less productive when you are there. Depression can affect your relationships and your physical health. Why do I feel depressed? There are many commons reasons why people struggle.
Once I receive your email, I will reply and then I will then send you a link to my electronic health record. If you are utilizing insurance for individual sessions, you will enter in your insurance information. For those that have Medicare in addition to another insurance company such as BCBS, you will need to seek therapy from a Licensed Psychologist or Social Worker.
