Was excited to try this restaurant, heard good things about it. I reserved a table ahead of time so we wouldn’t have to wait. I ordered soup and salad, it took 1 hour to arrive. My husband ordered wings, it took 10 minutes to arrive. Our son’s dinner arrived in 15 minutes. What made it worse was the lack of table touches and communication from the wait staff. By the time my food arrived I felt so ravenous and rushed to eat my food, feeling bad that my son and husband now have to wait and watch me eat. Was a total waste of $60 and the manager did nothing to make it right.

GO HERE FOR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Sorry for the long winded post but this is the email that was sent to suburban with no response 2+ weeks ago. Also if I could have given zero stars I would have.
My family and I dined at your establishment this evening and had an extremely bad experience, probably one of the worst I have had in many years.
To start, we requested to sit at the table in the corner and were told by the hostess we had to sit at the other table to even out the stations, which is understandable. Our server, Sage, took approx. 10 mins to greet us at the table and only

The host sat us both right away and asked if we liked our table, which we really appreciated. However, the waitress we had last night was not attentive. Two tables of two sat after us got greeted before we did. It took us 15 minutes to even get a hello and this was after she passed us multiple times, making eye contact with us. She also started off with, "Do you know what you want or did you just sit down?" We said we had been waiting so we knew what we wanted to order for the whole meal. Our app and entrees came out before our drinks. We also had to ask for water twice and after the second time

I have been a long time patron of this restaurant and I will never give them my business ever again. Never have I been disrespected by the waitress and staff. We ordered appetizers and it came out 25 minutes later. The waitress never came back to take our entree orders. When the appetizer did come out, it was cold and not fresh. We asked for a manager and we were greeted by just another waitress. There appeared to be no manager on duty. The “manager” asked us what was wrong and when we explained to her the problem, she laughed through her mask.

We went here for the first time Fathers Day and everything was so good. The cuisine isn’t something you normally find outside of beach towns and was such a refreshing change of pace. Loved the spicy noodles and ceviche. Our server Claire was such a pleasure and very attentive! We have been back multiple times and it’s always amazing.
