The practice has been following state regulations, ADA and CDC recommendations at this time. Dr Rick Meyers grew up in a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is naturally a Pittsburgh Steeler fan. Dr Rick graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh. He attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After receiving his doctorate, and driven by his love for children, he continued his post-doctoral education and specialized in pediatric dentistry.

I have 3 kids(8,6 &4) I bring to Dr Rick and his great staff. Went again today and my kids were excited to visit even with it being the last day of school. They make the kids feel extremely comfortable and important. They explain what they are doing and why. Would recommend to everyone. We have seen Dr Rick for the past 3 years with no issues.

This place is amazing! I switched to Wee Care after a bad experience with my son at another dentist. He is five and doesn't do too well with the dentist. But Dr. Rick Meyers is awesome, he was so patient and kind with my son, and so were his assistants.

Dr. Meyers and all his wonderful staff have treated us so welcomed right from day one. We would highly recommend Wee Care Dental. Especially if you start your kids young. My 3 year old daughter is excited to go to dr.now and considers dr.visit as a reward. That tells about dr. Rick and his staff there, there are amazing, you can tell that they all adore kids and of course they are very professional, knowledgeable and informative. Btw their waiting room is the best waiting/play room for kids that I have seen.

Dr. Rick and his team are amazing! I have been taking my oldest boy Tommy since he was 2 years old and now he is 6. Tommy loves going there and didn't even realize it when Dr. Rick was giving him a filling because he is so good with kids. My 2 year old son Ricky just had his first appointment with Dr. Rick and he was so comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Rick to anyone.

We are so lucky to go to Wee Care Dental! They treat us like family and help us in any and all possible ways. They make going to the dentist a pleasant and enjoyable experience for the kids and give us the best advice about treatment. You can always trust them to only recommend what is necessary and they do an excellent job promoting preventative care. I wouldn't trust my kids anywhere else! What kids beg to go to the dentist? The ones going to Wee Care do!

Love, love, love Wee Care Dental. In our house nicknamed 'The Koala Doctor'. We have been going here since my kids were toddlers and they are now teenagers. I can't say one negative thing about these guys. My daughter is 16 and I mentioned maybe going to a 'grownup' dentist and she said no way. She wants to stay with Dr. Rick until they kick her out. Not one negative thing to say about these guys.

Even after we moved 25 miles away, I still bring my 8 year old son here. The staff and dentist are very kind and go above to make children smile and happily return for the next cleaning. This is partly because they spoil the kids with prizes, a balloon, pencil and sticker every time! Its great motivation.
The reason I'm not giving 5 stars - I have had them do preventive services that are not covered by my insurance every 6 mo. and that is frustrating. I have to monitor the bitewings and fluoride now so they don't charge me $60 for what should be a fully covered cleaning visit!

My girls have been going to Wee Care Dental for 10 years. Dr. Rick & his staff have always done a fabulous job taking care of my children's dental needs. They go above and beyond to put the children at ease. Kids feel comfortable enough to ask questions about procedures.
Two other things I really appreciate are 1) you will be seen at your appointment time and 2) if the staff says they are going to do something, you can count on them doing it.
I have recommended this practice to several friends over the years.

I seriously LOVE this place (and who says that about the dentist?)! And, more importantly, my son loves it too!
We had tried two other dentists for my little guy before someone recommended Wee Care. My son used to have terrible experiences at the dentist--crying, scared, etc. But Dr. Rick and his staff are amazing and put him right at ease. They are calm, caring, funny, and patient. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and they are always happy to answer questions or explain anything. They even managed to do sealants and other work without sedation. This is a huge step
