It was my first time to do this kind of transaction and I always have a concern about getting scammed. When the Property Acquisition Manager Sean Warren contacted me if I'm interested in selling my property, I asked him frankly how can he reassure me that I'm dealing with a legitimate company. Was surprised by the reviews of B&G landholdings. I have sold several lots that I own in Florida through them. Specifically in Cape Coral and Sebastian. All 3 were fair offers considering they paid all of the closings costs and did not charge me any commissions. They held up their end of the deal and had me funded in approximately 70 days. Both sales reps I dealt with were very personable and I had a great experience with them. Keep it up!!

Horrible service. I got a cold call from B&G in June asking if I would be interested in selling them a vacant land parcel I own in Poinciana, FL. I listened and the caller did some brief research and came back with a $10000 offer which sounded good enough for me to let it go. They processed an offer to purchase, said they would be able to close in 30 - 45 days after they did a feasibility study. 60 days later, having heard nothing I called and got a voicemail. They called back a few days later apologized for the delay, and set a closing date for 11/8/2017. Sounds like everything is going well
