I purchased a used Jeep and brought it to Chloe’s to look it over for issues. They checked everything then brought me in to look at what they saw and tell me what it meant. This gave me a lot of confidence that the Jeep is in good shape and what to watch for in the coming months. The staff was knowledgeable, patient and professional. The waiting area is excellent. I will be coming to Chloe’s for all my future vehicle maintenance!

Very professional company . Paul behind the front desk was very helpful professional ...and addressed my wait concerns. Paul was able to drop me back off at the house and finish the work and returned the car to me . I could have not asked for better service than this..

I don't recommend. They are either dishonest or incompetent, I am not sure which.
**Edit - I took my car in on Monday and asked that they check for an oil leak, as I was seeing spots on my garage floor. I was told specifically that there was no oil leak, but there was a transmission pan leak and I authorized that repair for $800. I picked the car up on Tuesday and noticed on Wednesday and Thursday that the leak was still happening. I had new spots in my garage - same fluid in the exact same spot. I took it back in on Friday, and this time I was told that I did have an oil leak and that repair

Fast and friendly! They did a total inspection of the car which I wasn’t expecting but greatly appreciated! Plus it was the cheapest full synthetic oil change I’ve found in the Woodstock area! Will be back and will recommend to friends and family!

This is the nicest looking car shop I've ever seen... The waiting room has a really big TV,comfortable chairs,a keurig machine and Capri sun,water and lemonade in the little fridge... Everyone greeted me and were very nice,they were very thorough with the inspection of my car and honest about what needed to be fixed... My mother and I both use them and will continue to. 😊

I chose Chloe’s because I wanted to get my car checked out. I paid for them to perform a starter system check. They checked my battery, starter, alternator and a few other things. When I asked how long would it take, they said 30 minutes. I disagree with that because it took over an hour and a half. When I came out of the waiting room, the person at the front desk said “starter”. No greeting, no apology for the extensive wait, no nothing. So I started to ask questions to pull an explanation from that person. I don’t feel like I should have to pull an explanation out of a professional mechanic

Female led and so nice! They changed my oil in no time and had the most lovely waiting room with complementary drinks and more. They also did a complementary inspection and checked my car and then showed me with photos certain problems. They even have a kids waiting room which I've never seen! They took amazing care of me and will be coming back!

Chloe’s is the best auto shop I have ever been to. I have been taking cars to auto shops since I was 16 years old and I have very rarely found an honest auto shop. I came to Chloe’s when they first opened and I love the fact that they were female owned and operated. Deidre, The owner, was in there each time that I came in. I had a chance to talk to her about how she runs her operation and was very impressed with her philosophy. I love the way that they treat their customers and even years after they had opened they still have the same staff working. That means their employee retention rate
