In rare and extreme cases, brakes can become worn over a weekend and in other cases, brake life is extended up to and over 100,000 miles.

I had my son's car towed here based on Google ratings and they did not disappoint. They recommended the towing company, who where also very quick and efficient. Turns out he needed an alternator and a new battery. They kept me in the loop during the diagnosis and repair. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and will use them again if needed.

Had an Airmatic issue with my S-Class Mercedes. The dealership wanted $500 just to hook it up and calibrate it. Mike had the mechanic hook it up to their computer and they were able to get me going for about $150. Very transparent on pricing and work needed. Great customer service.

I’m usually skeptical about auto shops because of overpricing and not doing a good job. This was my first time at True Automotive and they did a very thorough inspection and showed me everything that was going on with my car and talked to me about what needed to be done. After I decided on what I wanted done at this time it was done by the next day. Jeremy is very professional and easy to work with. 2006 Kia had Check Engine light on and found out thermostat needed to be replaced, They inspected balance of system to confirm the specific issue would be addressed and confirmed all details prior to beginning work. Thorough in communications and pinpointing issues to assure no surprises down the road. Would suggest you keep them in mind for your Car repair requirements!

I was extremely please with the service, from the time I arrived I was greeted with professionalism and was welcomed. I went in for a oil change and new brakes. I was offered a new loaner car at no charge so I did not have to wait and could get some errands done. I have already recommended family and would Highly Recommend you give them a call.

I had a FANTASTIC experience. Mike and Shawn are highly professional and they made me feel like I was their only customer. I brought a car there for a pre-purchase inspection and they were thorough. They helped me save $$$ in the negotiation process because of their great work. I will be bringing my car there (instead of the dealership) for all routine maintenance and repairs from here on out. Markert Motor Works is awesome. When I came in for a weird noise my 2008 BMW was making, they did a full check up on the car for me. They provided me with a full, detailed analysis (and even sent me pictures via email) on the health of my car and the issues I was experiencing. From there, they prioritized each of the areas as do now, do later, do in a year and took me back to examine the car with them, looking at each of the areas in their analysis. They were honest, genuine and I can tell they truly wanted me to be educated so I could make the right decision for me. I did not walk away thinking

I first came to MMW in 2016 with a e46 328i with upper and lower radiator hose issues- they went throughout the car completely to let me know everything that was wrong- long story short got rid of the 328i- fast forward to 2019 I again purchased a e46 330i had it towed to the shop they were fast and helpful with getting my car back on the road! Fair pricing for diligent work! Will be back soon.

My 2014 328d with drivetrain malfunction after the diagnostic inspection gave me a full description of soot around intake manifold area and very knowledgeable about the recall that applied to my vehicle suggest that I go to the dealership it is a known issue. And my balance due was $0 from markert motor works I am so glad that one of my customer referring me here I should have been here early enough instead of watching YouTube and tried to do some crazy drive hard over 3 to 4k rpm to burn some soot out for 2 months and gotten worse.... anyway 5 star review

Samantha was my sales representative and Tyler was my mechanic. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They made me feel comfortable with the work provided to my Mercedes they showed me where my issue was and I appreciated that. They also provided me with an Lyft home while I wait for my service to be done bc the service was going to take a couple of hours. which was super awesome! I've never had a service outside of the Mercedes dealership and I will definitely come back. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant, provided great conversation, and professional as well!

Pretty up to date modern experience as soon as you walk in. Really awesome presentation from start to finish. I had a PPI done on a potential purchase, and I must say I have never seen such a detailed report. Even got a text with the report right here in my hands. Great way to keep up with the ages. I will recommend Marketmotor Works for a PPI, and according to the rest of the reviews, anything else. Good job folks!

Without a doubt, the most impressive shop I have ever dealt with. Every employee that I have come into contact with has been extremely pleasant and has taken the time to speak to me, including at least 4 technicians that passed through the waiting area one morning. Chuck, Samantha, and Stephanie have all been very easy to work with and the work has been completed on my X5 in a timely and professional manner. It's not every day you meet someone who is passionate about their job and the work they do. You can hear the passion in their voice when they describe the problem and explain the remedy to your car's woes. The folks at MMW are in love with European cars, especially BMWs.

Had a great trip down from Tennessee to Markert Motorwerks in Lawrenceville GA for a custom dyno tune today. What a class act! Amazing shop space, equipment, and personnel. This is a great group of guys! I've been coming to them since 2014 and couldn't be happier with the service I've received on my 328i... They really know what they're doing and can be trusted completely to take care of your car as if it were their own. They've probably saved me thousands since switching over from the dealership, and my car is preforming much better than it had been in the dealer's care.
