I got mold poisoning from my apartment here. Leasing office did not do anything to treat it, and after talking to neighbors I found out ALL THE APARTMENTS HAVE MOLD! they paint over it every year.
In addition, the leasing office charged me $1300 after I had already moved out and turned in my keys. They refused to refund me until I filed a fraud claim with my bank. The leasing office then tried to pass it off as a billing issue with my roommate saying they would have to refund the money to her and she would then transfer it to me. Instead of sending the check to my roommate who LIVES in that apartment

Very bad management. They took a lot of the deposit amount and when I told them that I objected that it was unfair and that the house was completely clean when I left, they ignored my messages and did not respond to me. I tried a lot to communicate with them on all their emails, but I is ignored, really bad management.

I’ve been trying to get information on some units for nearly two months now. I have to follow up every other day to hear anything from these people. Shelby has set three phone appointments with me and has missed every single one. Yesterday I had to say verbatim, “When you say you will call me at a certain time I expect a call or at the very least an email on why you missed our appointment.” Surprise— I never heard back from her. I wanted so badly for this complex to work, but they are unprofessional and careless. This place is super cute but they don’t seem to value their tenants or anyone

To clarify: I am not a resident. However, I am looking for places to live around Corvallis. This review is regarding my experience trying to get at tour.
Lack of communication and response trying to get a tour. There was two attempts of trying to get a virtual tour. I had to call the front office to get someone to respond to my email regarding the first tour. We rescheduled and was told I would get an email with a zoom link. Never got it...

After living here for 3 years and with a change in management staff after the first year, this has been one of my favorite apartment complexes in over 4 states. The grounds crew does a great job keeping the place clean and in good repair, the office staff are always friendly and accommodating, and the community is relaxed and fun. Dog park, exercise equipment, access to biking/running/walking paths, and a nice neighborhood make this a great place to live.
My only complaint is that the appliances, although functional are a little basic/generic , I'd kill for a nice fridge/stove/and dishwasher.

Deceptive leasing office. Greystar is a bad company. Now they continue to lie as an effort to do damage control. The fine print of move out instructions does NOT specify a need to clean carpets, nor does it require us "hire" professional cleaners to clean the apartment. We spent hours cleaning that place to every extent on the checklist, and they continue to lie. We have photo and video evidence of the pristine condition our apartment was in prior to us moving out. We also have a copy of the checklist. This will be reported to the better business bureau. Unprofessional, degrading, and morally corrupt

We moved in to Creekside in late March, and loved it immediately. We wake up to the sound of birds chirping, and our location in the complex means quiet and solitude on most days. The proximity to the wetlands and the C2C trail are a major bonus. The staff is always responsive and helpful - great place to live!

Been living here for a few years now. Here's what had been happening the last couple weeks, and this isn't necessarily a unique experience because we have moments like this pretty frequently. For the last 2 weeks they've been renovating the apartment above us. Like full renovation that is EXTREMELY loud. They aren't renovating in the middle of the day, they start bright and early (8AM), and obviously the renovating workers don't care about the neighbors. I understand work needs to get done, but they never even gave us a heads up. Well, the front office didn't have

One of the best apartment complexes in town. I've never lived in other apartment complexes, but I drive for Lyft and do food delivery. I've been to almost all of other apartment complexes in town (to pick up passengers and deliver food), and I must say this is one of the best. Here's why:
- The complex is well maintained. They keep everything clean and nice.
- The neighborhood is very good. Peaceful, quiet and safe.
- Good location: walking distance from Safeway, Bi-Mart, Urgent Care, gym, Dollar Tree, Subway, hair salon, gas station, oil change service, parks, etc. 5-min from campus, 10-min

My husband and I have lived at Creekside for 2 months now, and we have been really pleased with everything! The apartments are really quiet...we can't hear anything from the apartments on either side of us. We love that the wonderful crew in maintenance responds to requests in one day! That is huge! We had a great experience working with Madi in… the office when we were looking for apartments. We've owned our own home for 40 years, so looking for an apartment was a whole new experience for us. She made it all so easy! Thank you! We also love the neighborhood and the walks through the wetlands

Me and my boyfriend just moved to Corvallis from Eugene to be closer to Kyle's work. And we decided to Creekside Apartments and we love them!! They always have awesome events in the office going on. For example they had bingo for Valentine's Day gifts. They also are always prompt on fixing things inside of apartments.

We moved into our apartment here at Spring Creek not even a week ago, and we already feel more at home than we ever did the full two years at our previous apartment. The complex is well kept, the staff is extremely kind and accommodating, and there are also fun amenities such as free DVD rentals and community bingo. To top it off the location is… also amazing; there are multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Considering how scary it was for me to move to Oregon after living in my home state my entire life, it is such a relief to say that our apartment

I have lived at Creek Side for several months. It's been great! Nice, spacious apartment, quiet complex. Staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Had one maintenance issue that they addressed immediately, fixed well, and had my apartment put back together in no time. Very professional and they don't bend the rules, which makes it better for everyone there. Totally recommend it!

Lawn workers start early and work A good portion of the week! Get use to getting woken up without being able to do anything almost every weekday after 8am? Not very student friendly with lease agreements and was not told about a lot of the policies until after a few months of living there and having to be told we were parking, or paying our bill online wrong the whole time we had already been living there. We live in a newly renovated unit and our flooring already has indents where we have put our couch and not really sure what to do about that but feel like we are gonna eventually have to pay

This has got to be one of the most ridiculous places I've ever lived. The rent was EXTREMELY overpriced, $1400/month, but they allow pets. Which, by the way, were covered in fleas less than two days after moving in. Before anyone starts in, I can't have kids, so my dogs are literally, my life. One of them has flea bite dermatitis, thanks for the lesson in what that is, creekside. My wife is a registered vet tech. Both of our dogs are congenital deaf great danes. One of them, is turning 12 this year. 12. We take care of our dogs. Fleas? No, they got them at Creekside. PERIOD.

Creekside looks nice (if the "remodel from hell" someone else already perfectly described has finally been finished), but don't be fooled. My boyfriend and I lived there from the fall of 2013 to the spring of 2014 and won't go back. (We actually want to avoid Riverstone properties in general.) The office staff were always nice to us, but something was definitely off...
In order to get an apartment in time for school, we leased one before we were ready to move in. We filled out the inspection form first, though. We found that the kitchen window didn't lock. We asked them
