At the Boba House, we create healthy, compassionate and delicious vegan and vegetarian food that is inspired by traditional Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. We prepare fresh, made to order dishes sourcing locally whenever possible. It is our goal to build a relationship with everyone that comes in our door, to transform that relationship from a first time guest or a new staff member, to a lifelong Boba friend.
Our aim is to be a venue that brings people together and a source for good in our community. When dining with us, you can enjoy your meal knowing that it was thoughtfully prepared by your Boba House family.

If you're looking for delicious vegan food.... Look no further!! I loved this place as a vegan and I still love it now as I eat everything. We started with a few appetizer platters featuring "chicken" wings, tofu, sweet potato fries, and spring rolls (my favorite!). I usually get the fried rice with "chicken" but this time I got the lord of the noodles, basically teriyaki noodles. While the portion was small, the taste was mighty. Every one loved the meals they got including the hula pot, pho, chicken sandwich etc. I 10/10 recommend everyone step out of their comfort zone

Seriously... I cannot recommend a restaurant more highly. The food here is absolutely amazing. I had the "ribs" Pad Thai was so good. Also, many of the options on the menu are not only vegetarian, but vegan and gluten free! Even a person with Celiac can eat here with no worries and a huge selection of foods. The service is amazing and the restaurant itself is beautiful.

Food was decent, though I feel the portions were small for the price, very surprised other reviewers say the opposite. It was pretty empty while I was there, and the place was less than clean with plenty of staff. The bathroom in particular is definitely a little sketch. Overall I don't totally regret the experience, but would be lack in not addressing these issues for others that may be looking for an honest review. Also discovered via their FB page that they start cooks at 10.25 an hour, which had I known beforehand I would not have gone, I can only imagine what the poor service staff must be

We were passing through town. We sat outside after some difficulty finding parking. Upon restaurant entry, two other people were waiting to be seated when we came in. It was 3:30 pm so that was kind of strange. We asked to sit outside and we requested the date night menu as the special for the day, but were told it wasn't being served until 4 or 4:30, so we decided to wait. The staff was overwhelmed. I think there was 1 waitress for the entire place. I doubt they had many cooks in the kitchen because orders were slow. Lots of folks were also ordering takeout, which slowed the process. It was

The food looks beautiful and the portions were generous.. I am vegan, and the waitress recommended the pad Thai with tofu, which did not come with any vegetables unless I pay additional $1.50. It came with bacon bits mixed in, which was not stated anywhere on the menu. I did not like it so I switched plates with my husband. He ordered the Hawaiian stir fry with imitation 'chicken'. The onions were raw and the sauce was too sweet for me. Unfortunately, I do not prefer to eat meat flavored foods so I was disappointed in both entrees.

I've eaten here many times and as a strict vegetarian appreciate a totally veggie option in Greensboro. I've always wished it was a little better but it's pretty good. Today my entree had bacon bits all over it even though that is not listed in the detailed menu description. I called and at first the manager tried to blame that I ordered on Uber eats, but then she admitted their house sauce has soy bacon so it's in all the entrees. I had to throw it out. I Just want warn other strict vegetarians who actually don't want to eat things that taste like meat- either skip Boba

They were very accommodating and very nice. Especially with it being our first time and new to trying boba tea. From left to right I got the mango w mango chunks, next she got the Thai chai and lastly coconut with blueberry boba. We tasted each other's and we all agreed they were all very good and would go back again.

This is a great place for vegan and vegetarian eaters. My fiancée has been raving about this place and how good the "chick" wings are at the restaurant. We actually live about an hour away, but drove up to try it. Upon arriving, we walked into the restaurant and they are not allowing guest to eat in or outside. The lady taking our order asked us if we wanted to take our menu outside to review. During this time period, there was a Caucasian couple that walked in and I saw them inside waiting. I'm not one to play the race card, but I felt this was a little off. Once we decided what

We live in Winston and drive to Greensboro just to try this place and the first time it was amazing ! Wonderful service, delicious food and a good atmosphere.
We recently did this again however and it was terrible. We ordered the hula pot, lettuce wraps and the Hawaiian stir fry...
The food was all disgusting. Worse than any food I've ever eaten at a restaurant. We honestly think that we may have eaten dog food.
The lettuce wraps which were flat pieces of lettuce on a plate had some rotten holes in them. The filling looked and tasted like canned dog food over crunchy rice noodles with

This place is cool. I had my doubts about getting vegan food in NC but it was great. I really enjoyed the food from this place. The stuff was nice and the place was clean. They have bathrooms, outside seating, and a bar. The place is clean and good for families. However, you may want to call ahead to get a seat. Lastly, when doing take-out be careful because they do not use leak-proof containers. That was a major problem for my but overall the place is good.

Found this spot when searching for vegetarian food in Greensboro. It was amazing! My husband and I split several dishes and loved everything. The portions are very generous, though, so we could have done 1 less dish :) The texture of the "meats" was perfect and I especially loved the satay chik'n skewers. The rib stir fry was delicious, too. We will return here whenever we are in Greensboro! Finished with a passionfruit boba for the road and again, delicious.

Honestly, a disappointment. I came here with friends for their boba, and the first red flag was they didn't have original flavor (black tea) boba. It was super hot and the fruit slushees were good, but also tasted super artificial (syrup). The real problem was with their boba. The inconsistent cooking was pretty bad- quite a few were undercooked and still pasty inside. The service was also pretty bad, considering it wasn't close to busy, but there was no one at the register... I haven't tried the food yet, so if I ever did come back, I would go for that. I really think they should

This is a college place, and if I went to college here, I'd be eating at this restaurant a lot. It's a vegetarian pan-Asian type deal, focusing on boba tea. This wasn't offered as part of their lunch deals specifically, so I ended up-perhaps unfortunately-with lemonade instead to go with my pad thai and soup. I'm not a huge stickler for speed (and indeed, I'd like a little time and effort put into my meals), but the twenty minutes I waited for a simple soup seemed excessive, and it was over a half an hour before I got my noodles.
The soup was a salty broth with fried noodles
