This place is breathtakingly beautiful! Just the design alone is worth going! But also, I have never had a bad meal here. My husband and I went here for our first date and go here occasionally when traveling through Greensboro. Get the Mediterranean tapas! It is the perfect app to split with the table. Would be a good, small meal for 2 people to split!

I had very good service and atmosphere was superb. I am a very picky eater that likes very plain food so not for me. I would recommend to anyone that is not picky like me.

The server was decent but the food was trash. The wine was yummy and sweet. The scallops tasted old and rancid. The waiter understood and brought me the short ribs. I also did receive a cranberry sorbet for dessert that was both very tart and overly sweet at the same time. I’m still not sure how Print Works and this restaurant are in the same company.

This is another one of my Greensboro favorites. If you're looking for a nice, kind of upscale meal (brunch is by favorite), then I definitely recommend Green Valley Grill. They offer a smooth ambiance, great service, and consistently amazing food.

For this visit, my mom tried the quiche with a side salad. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Both dishes tasted great. We wrapped up the meal by sharing a huge piece of chocolate cake.

Although it was lunch time and they were obviously busy, our waitress was very attentive and our food came out in a very decent

What an amazing evening. A beautiful venue serviced by a wait staff that knew their menu and mission from top to bottom. Delicious from the appetizers to the chef’s special to the bespoke deserts. I can’t imagine a better location for a curated meal that you will remember for years.

Appetizers and desserts were amazing. All four entrees were not good. Scallop dish was incredibly salty. Grouper and salmon were both oddly mushy. It was inedible. Short ribs were mediocre. Have had much better at other restaurants. Seafood is not their strong suit. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I had heard good things. It’s a neat building. Fine dining ambiance. Good service. However, food was mediocre at best. Came out suspiciously fast after ordering—around 6 minutes—and was on the cool to warm side. Was also sat at a table directly behind the server station (where they were cutting bread?) and at the entrance/exit of the kitchen. Strange to even have a table so close to a high traffic area. Maybe it’s just pandemic woes and an off night? Regardless, GVG is a one and done for me.

If you're feeling a fancy meal, this is your place! The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and always super clean. From breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, I'm never disappointed when I leave. The staff is so friendly, attentive and ready to give you recommendations. My favorite is their Parmesan crusted chicken!

Look at the menu and decide for your self. While I would love to see more menu turnover, they do offer seasonal menu changes. I have eaten here for over twenty years. It is a treat to visit. If you can't make up your mind, I always recommend the Mediterranean platter. Like truffle fries? Eat your heart out! Service is always above and beyond.
Not only is this a restaurant review, but a hotel review....
Just stated, impeccable service and cleanliness. It's a tried and true, and quite honestly, a lovely and very special, personal and historically tied hotel and grill. While a bit more pricey

Green Valley Grill continues to deliver excellent service and food. This is one of the few restaurants in the area that has always had great food, great service and has remained creative.
It has been a while since I visited Green Valley Grill, I decided to try the roasted mushroom toast and the avocado ciabatta toast. I could not decide between the two, however now I can conclude I would get the roasted mushroom toast. It is like a French onion soup, minus the soup. Quite an interesting dish.
They were both excellent breakfast dishes, the potatoes are an excellent companion to the dish. Both

I met my sister here on Wednesday to celebrate her birthday. I always recommend calling ahead for a reservation as they are generally pretty busy. The sign at the entrance requests that patrons wear a mask when entering but it is not required. It appears that most folks comply. We were seated quickly. Our waitress was excellent as was the food and service. I almost always order the pecan crusted trout and they will substitute items if you ask. I'm not a fan of their green beans as they serve them too crunchy for my taste so they have other options. They bring a bread basket and butter for

I love the atmosphere here! The service was amazing! Our server Tay gave some great recommendations on a few of his favorites. He was very helpful and accommodating. Drinks for 2, an appetizer, 2 entrees was about $90. Food was okay! I've ate here before and everything was delicious. Overall, I personally enjoyed my dinner.

Definitely one of our go-to spots. The food is always amazing and the service is superb. We scheduled a reservation and were seated immediately. My husband ordered a Long Island Iced Tea, which was sweeter than most but strong.

We ordered the Za'atar Spiced Crispy Cauliflower for our appetizer. It came out shortly after the bread service. It was seasoned with a lemon tahini sauce which was tangy. The Cauliflower wasn't super crispy but it was flavorful and cut into larger, but still bite-sized, florets.

My husband ordered the gemelli bolognese, which comes with Italian sausage and

The food is excellent at Green Valley Grill, but what I really like is the ambiance. The bar has a great vibe and the outdoor seating is lovely. I really enjoyed their potato soup and the crispy chicken and bacon sandwich was great.

The staff is kind and efficient. Parking is ample.

Tried a salmon salad to-go today, unfortunately didn’t have time to sit down get the full experience but when I come back I’ll update. The host was very friendly but they forgot the utensils she asked me if I needed while placing my order. Nonetheless, the Caesar salad was very good, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. I cannot wait to dine in.

A staff run restaurant. Amazing ambience. Great food and friendly staff.
P.S. If you care, please do dress up for the place. Me and my bunch of friends felt that we were out of place when we hit the restaurant after a 10 mile hike in the nearby trail. Lol!

If you want good drinks, good service, and an amazing sit down area and view come here. The food was good. Fine. It's not that it was bad but my pallet just needed more. Perhaps what I ordered wasn't their best menu item too. I got the burger, while the meat was cooked perfectly there wasn't much else going on it felt normal. The aioli fries were 10/10 though! My friend got the salmon and said it was a bit undercooked, the sliders were also good, and someone else at my table got the salad. The salad was a huge portion but also felt like something I could make at home. Don't

Green Valley Grill is consistently an enjoyable place to dine. I head over to GVG anytime I'm too tired to scroll through Yelp for something out of the ordinary and new but still want a solid, delicious meal.

Ambiance- Well appointed European style interiors set a relaxed yet elevated environment. From piano sonatas to string quartets to wind ensembles the music selection enhances the overall experience.

Staff- As you might expect all the staff is friendly with well kept uniforms. The very best part about the staff is their knowledge about the menu. Again, I love that I can mindlessly sit

Had a lovely dinner outside on GVG's beautiful patio. The patio is not fully covered, but certain areas are which does help with some sun blockage. Their outside seating area feels very luxurious with its rod iron furniture and very attractive greenery throughout.

Service here is always top notch and the food delicious. On this visit, our group started with some cocktails and the Blue Crab and Spinach Dip as an appetizer. The dip was nicely prepared with pretty baked marks on the top. I am not a huge crab fan, so I enjoyed that you could taste the crab, but wasn't overpowering. I really

I'm not 100% sure how it is that I have not turned in a review for Green Valley Grill yet. I have come here many times over the years for special occasions, celebrations of achievement, or just for a really nice night out. I guess the truth is that I always forgot to grab some pictures. Well, this past time, I finally did that, and here it is!

When it comes down to it, this is a great place to take someone in Greensboro if you want to impress them, celebrate them, celebrate you, celebrate all of you, have exquisite food, enjoy conversation, have masterfully crafted drinks, just generally

Loved this place!

Such a beautiful hotel (O Henry Hotel), with so many different areas within it - this restaurant and bar being one of them.

We dined in the back room, with adequate social distancing in place, super happy for that. Polite waiting staff and attentive to special requests, and escorting to restrooms with baby changing area.

This place is honestly amazing for special events, such as celebrating a birthday, anniversary etc. Or just to have a lovely weekend brunch, as my husband and I did with our baby. The decor, the furnishings, the whole ambiance was excellent. I will be bringing

We had a small sales lunch here a few weeks ago (yes, I still have to go in to work), and this was such a treat. I ate way more than I should have for lunch, but it was such a lovely experience. We were seated in the main dining room right next to the kitchen. It's such a breathtaking room with high top ceilings and an open kitchen. I love open kitchens because it gives you a sense of inclusivity in the cooking process.

Our waiter was incredible and the gave the perfect balance of attention and time to enjoy our meal. That's a difficult balance to achieve. We ordered the cauliflower
