Love this restaurant! Pizza and Peruvian food!?!? What better combo. The bread with oil as an appetizer is really yummy. Their pizzas were really tasty and classic. Lomo Saltado was also good. Spicy marg was way too spicy but the tropical mojito was delicious

Fresh food, good drinks. Only minus is the amount of smoke coming from kitchen cooking. They need an exhaust fan or open the doors to get the smoke out. The roasted chicken and the skirt steak are my two favorites. Can't go wrong with the house rice either.

My husband and I made our fourth trip to Embur because the food is so delicious. Tonight we had the Skirt Steak. It's the one that is $28 on the menu but when they brought us our check, we were each charged $40!! No prior mention by our waiter, on the menu or on any signs that they were now raising the price on us... on you!! The table next to us still had their menus and I asked them to confirm the price on the menu and to see if there was a disclaimer. There was not.. it was $28! The couple said that the last time they were there they were charged $38 for the skirt steak and were also

Great food but portion sizes are decreasing. I live nearby and go a couple of times a month but each time the portion sizes are getting smaller. 16 bucks plus tax for small portion rice and chicken is too much (arroz chaufa).

We were there with big group;16 people. This is our first time to this restaurant. We already made reservation few days before. So they should have known and prepared for that. Food take like an hour feel like forever to the table, while it's not that busy when we're there at that particular time. And our orders were simple.
I don't understand why took it that long.
It's a little pricey for what you get...took forever for your just water to refilled.
And the waiter not so friendly. He just like to finish the order quickly then go. Unfortunately it's not that same speed

I haven't been back to this place since my first review when they first opened, but a friend had a salad from here one day and it looked delicious, so I gave it another whirl...I ordered the Embur salad and my son ordered a sandwich. The food was delicious, though my son said he wasn't sure he loved the fries that came with his sandwich. I appreciated the outside seating; there's almost as much seating outside as there is inside. The wait staff was attentive and helpful with menu suggestions. The prices are very reasonable too.

First time visiting Embur Fire Fusion and it won't be the last. It was simply amazing!
We sat at the bar and got great advice on apps and entrees. Lots of energy and a lively vibe.
The food was spectacular (the picture doesn't do it justice)

I went here for a late birthday dinner with my dad. Since pops was paying, I chose a place that was a little bit out of my own price range- thanks dad! The space is fairly small, they do have a covered outdoor seating area but it wouldn't really be large enough for a big group.
We started with drinks- the wine menu was quite impressive, but we were feeling cocktails so we opted for those. Unfortunately they were out of Pisco, a Peruvian brandy that makes their cocktails unique. Instead my dad had a Paloma (which he claimed was average), I had the Aperol Spritz (which was a little sweet, but

I absolutely love the food here - when it’s done right. I often go to this restaurant to pick up group lunch orders from work and I ALWAYS get the chicken chaufa, NO BEAN SPROUTS. The last two trips however, and the reason for 2 stars, the owner/chef just can’t seem to keep the bean sprouts out of my food.
I called the Mgr Jeff on July 12th (1st pic below) and he said the chef said he didn’t put any sprouts in it and stood his ground on it. Jeff said he’d give me a side or appetizer free next time I come in to make things right. I mentioned that in today’s visit (7/28/21) and the owner

Came here with the family for Father’s Day. Well, we all loved this place, the service is outstanding, the food is absolutely delicious, nice atmosphere, good parking lot.
This will definitely turn into one of our favorite places to go in Greensboro.
The flavors are unique and amazing. Their Ceviche is out of this world, it is really really good. The Lomo Saltado is good as well. The Barramundi is incredible and the Empanadas are wowwww!!!

Had dinner here (for my first time) with a friend who goes here often; wow, the food was so good. I let my friend order for us and then we shared everything:

-Empanadas (good; my friend said this batch was a bit dough-y, but I didn't mind)
-Avocado salad (my friend LOVES this; I thought it was just okay; I would not order again because I enjoyed everything else much more)
-Yuquitas a la Huancaina (love yuca fries and these were very good. I don't necessarily know the difference between ordering this appetizer of yucca fries vs. ordering a side dish, which is cheaper, but this app comes

Our first time at Embur. We normally go to Viva Chicken for Peruvian food.
The place smelled great upon arrival. They had a full service bar and the place was nice and clean.
I ordered a chicken stir fry with vegetables and my husband ordered a half chicken with salad and fries. His was juicy and fall off the bone good. Mine was on the too salty side. We were told the head chef was out of town and apologized. I ordered what my husband ordered and it was delicious! I had a side of black beans and rice. Perfect!

What a gem! We have been here a few times and every time we go we think “why don’t we come here more?”
Awesome menu. We had the ceviche which was incredibly flavored and I still am craving more. The coastal salad was so full of fresh fruit and was also really good. And of course the chicken dishes were solid too! Even our dessert was unique and equally delicious.
Nice outside patio area for nice days. Strong wine list. And wonderful service too!

I was hesitant at first, hearing it was an Italian and Peruvian fusion restaurant, but I was wrong to be. It was surprisingly very good. The food was fresh and everything was seasoned well. Their pizza was thin, yet not floppy. The salad had a great dressing. The rice gave me a lot of Asian vibes with the bean sprouts. The steak was not entirely tender, but it is entirely expected because it is a skirt steak. The service was great. Our server was friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely come again. It was very clean and tidy. I love the minimalistic vibes.

This is my bestie's favorite place to have lunch so I've been quite a few times now and have tried almost everything on the menu. Today we both tried the arroz chaufa with beef. Well that beef is filet. I've had the rice before with chicken but was in the mood for beef. Great decision! The beef was cooked to a perfect medium rare, juicy and perfectly seasoned. It melted in my mouth. Simply outstanding. The rice and veggies are always great but that beef, oh my. The portion size is just right for lunch as well. Service is always friendly and efficient. Really love this place for lunch

Another great dinner at Embur. Tonight I noticed the aroma as we drove onto the parking lot...you could smell the wood fire. We actually treat this as one of our favorite steak places...they typically have a ribeye in addition to the skirt steak and both come with Chimichurri sauce, we order extra. Also. If you've not tried the alfajores cookies...you should. They are a Peruvian cookie, a bit like shortbread, with dulce de leche and then rolled in a bit of coconut. We typically reserve an order when we sit down to ensure they don't run out. Lastly, but importantly for me, we always

Embur is amazing. They are well spaced and have plenty of seating during Covid. The food is outstanding - whether a side, a pizza, or ceviche (my favorite). Their fusion of Peruvian and Asian (which is a Peruvian based fusion) is remarkable.

Drinks are great and prices very fair. Glad we went back more than a few times since the start of the pandemic.

Excellent for families and picky eaters!

This was my first time at embur and it did not disappoint! The menu had plenty of Peruvian and Italian options, and even vegetarian options. They were practicing social distancing to make all customers feel safe and also have a covered patio if you come on a day that's warm enough! We got the embur pita sandwich with steak fries and arroz chaufa with chicken. I had never had arroz chaufa before but it's a Peruvian fried rice and is DELICIOUS!!! The embur pita sandwich was great too and the prosciutto and mozzarella tasted so fresh!!

Very nice restaurant with creative authentic food. Loved the Peruvian menu items. Try their cerviche it is very good and so is the filet mignon saltado. Topped the dinner off w their dessert made from apples, creme in between 2 puffy layers of crust.

Being a fusion restaurant of Peruvian food and Italian dishes, there is something for everyone and you may be surprised to find a new favorite here.

Waiters are friendly and knowledgeable so they will be happy to answer any questions about the food.

You will also be happy to know that tables are socially distanced and staff wear masks and have

Embur has been such a treat. The restaurant is very nice and service superb. But the food, OMG, the food is so good. Th churrasco steak it’s fires and salad was so delicious. The steak so tender and the fries so crispy. Not to mention how zesty the salad was. The chicken on the grill and arroz chaufa was exceptional. Their old fashioned drink was on point and they even poured the Stella Artois the right way. Overall, fantastic. We haven’t had great Peruvian food since Miami.

Wasn’t wowed by it, but it’s solid. The embur chicken sandwich was very good, the flavors were excellent, but feels like it lacked something, I felt that it could have been much more favorable but the ingredients were superb. The rotisserie chicken was good, it had a unique tangy flavor and you could tell it had that smoky aroma. The sauce had a similar tangy profile. The fries were good, but I’ve heard the roasted veggies are better so perhaps sub them in for the fries. The Guinness on tap was very good, 6 bucks. Overall, it was pretty good. Not sure I’d order the chicken, and the food
