I am very pleased with the maintenance guy Dennis he definitely takes his time and make sure he fixes things properly and he is very respectful of your home when entering. He is the only maintenance guy i like working on my home. When the other maintenance guys come in they do a easy and quick fix that they knew wasn’t going to last long or was going to make the problem worse over time. Dennis came in and inspected the problem and fixed it and if it required more work he did it and i never have a problem with the fix again. HE IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT AND THE BEST MAINTENANCE GUY !!!! Definitely not worth the money to pay to live here.
I’ve lived here with my husband since August of this year and over time, more and more things pop up around here that are just terrible. Over time I’ve taken photos and it is RIDICULOUS on how we are paying close to $1k to live here for a 1 bedroom apartment. On top of that, we pay $250 (even more or a little less) for electricity and it gets higher during the winder too, that we heard from neighbors.
With all the money they be making off of the rent we give them, they do not keep up with the apartments and do cheap repairs.

Cockroaches everywhere, i put in a request at the beginning of October for this problem, they told me they were coming on the 18th, never showed up and now i’m PRAYING they coming tomorrow like the office promised because it’s getting bad at this point. Now we are finding water leaks, maintenance takes forever or “forgets”. Definitely paying too much money to live here for what we are getting

I would not recommend this place, first off they are overpriced, the quality of work on the “renovated apartments” are a joke. I have found several roaches in my unit(disgusting) called them about it and they never responded or came out to inspect. Secondly, the police/ambulance are literally out here every other day, I’m sure everyone has heard of the multiple incidents happening here, hell I had to call the ambulance for someone overdosing on the curb a few weeks ago! There was a stabbing right behind my unit building smh the management has to send out warning emails of people going around

Beautiful architecture, big sprawling complex. I have never lived here but I have been on property a few times. An ok place to live from what I hear from friends. Would have to check into pricing, maybe they offer student discounts, who knows.
All around, I know for a fact there's much worse places in the area you could choose. Maybe give the sweet architecture a chance

I've lived here for six years. Several ownership changes. Every ownership change comes with a rent increase upon renewal. My rent is 60% higher than what it was when I first moved in. I appreciate that the office staff currently is nice and polite compost compared to a few years ago. The maintenance crew goes above and beyond for the tenants. It's hard to give a positive review because of the increase in rent in such a short amount of time but I can't give a negative review because the staff there is incredible.

I’m thankful for the property managers and office team! They insure that any issues are quickly and professionally handled! Very understanding, the buildings are nice and renovated! I would highly recommend Castle Point. I’ve been living in Indiana 8yrs now and no place compares to the space and quality.

People on the office mostly are angry and not understanding. I lived here one year (2019, and I have moved because they are not cooperative. Maintenance takes a long time. I have been complaining of two mice in my apartment for two weeks. Unfortunately the response was that this is not an emergency issue, so I should wait. Another bad thing which is the reason for my move from there is the very high electricity bills. I got $ 400 for the past March. On the other hand, there are positive things, as the apartment is very large and good. There are nice gym.
