My son rented for a year. He tried to make sure everything was clean before turning in his keys. Of course they'll always find something that's isn't clean enough. My son and his roommate were charged $45.00 for not taking the lent out of the dryer, left a couple of items, and they said the sink wasn't clean enough. I totally understand that he needs to pay, but the charges are a little ridiculous. I asked why was the roommate being charged if my son left the items. I mean fair is fair no matter who's the responsible party . I also asked for pictures, but was only given the one of the left items

The Forum is a good apartment complex for any young college student! They have stepped it up and are hosting more activities for the students each month. They have even been maintaining and keeping the gates shut. On top of it all the layout is the perfect for hosting friends over for dinner or game nights.

I really enjoy living here to be honest. I moved here from another apartment that I previously had lots of issues with. I really love the dog park. The dog friendly atmosphere is by far one of my favorite parts of living here. The rooms look nice, and I love that I have a porch. They respond to maintenance requests extremely fast, during the snow storm my neighbor had a water leak that came into my apartment and they made sure to handle it super fast and efficiently, and checked back in twice. The pool is really nice too.The shuttle is another really convenient amenity. It is a little expensive

I have lived at the Forum for a year and I have nothing but great things to say about it! The staff is always attentive, and very nice, the maintenance team works fast when needed, and the amenities are really great! The office does fun events and free giveaways and specials which is an extra perk! If you're looking for an apartment while at school, I would 10/10 recommend it here!

I have really enjoyed living at the forum! The front office staff have always been friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick and responsive. I needed maintenance done on three of my kitchen lights and they were there within the day to replace them. Their have been a few issues with the gates this year but they’ve gotten them fixed and the are working now. It’s also a quick drive to campus. Overall I enjoy living at the forum and would recommend it to my friends!

Living here has been pretty nice. All the amenities are really nice and am glad that they are now open longer along with how clean the property was. It would have been nice for the apartment rooms to be better cleaned and the gates closed more of the time. I haven't heard anything bad from people living here or heard of things being broken. I would say its a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Again, a very nice place to live at and a really good dog park.
