Since 2003, Annapolis Property Services has been specializing in long-term residential property management in and around the Annapolis area. Located off Forest Drive in Annapolis, MD, Annapolis Property Services is committed to connecting responsible property owners with quality residents to ensure a stress-free experience.
Peter is the President of Annapolis Property Services. Originally from Wales, Peter moved to Annapolis in 1999 as the General Manager of Sunsail Sailing Vacations. Sanford Collins is the Director of Operations and oversees the Accounting and Maintenance teams of Annapolis Property Services. Originally from San Francisco, California, Sanford moved.
Annapolis Property Services was founded by Peter and Nicola (Nicky) Cook in 2003 to assist local property owners who were moving either overseas or out of state to care for their property. Pete and Nicky had relocated from the UK to Annapolis; Pete was working in the marine vacation industry and Nicky as an account manager at a marketing agency.
Annapolis Property Services Manages over 500 properties and maintains a complete online inventory that is updated daily. Please understand that we provide 24 hours of advance notice to the current Resident when we schedule showings so your first choice of appointments may not be available. Showing can be scheduled online up to 7 days in advance and available showtimes are displayed for each specific property.
Below are answers to the most commonly asked questions we receive regarding renting a property. All questions must be completed and minimum requirements met to be able to schedule a showing. Once scheduled, you will receive an email or text that must be confirmed, or it will cancel.
Most of our properties have available showtimes during regular business hours Monday through Friday, and properties are available for Saturday showings between 10 AM-2 PM. Specific time slots for homes are available on individual property listing.Zoom and in-person showings with one of our team are completed on a one-to-one basis with a 20 to 30-minute time frame.

Apparently, there is no way to contact anyone in the management office that will pick up the phone, so I'll leave my concern here.
On Wednesday, October 27, 2021 I was being driven to BWI via 97 at 10:04 a.m. - 10:06 a.m. we passed a brand new Annapolis Property Services van with temporary tags. The 2 times we passed this brand new van we witnessed the driver completely enthralled on his cell phone, not paying attention to the traffic,swerving in traffic, etc. Not only is this dangerous, it's AGAINST THE LAW, you are putting the public's safety in the hands of someone, who clearly does not care

APS does not treat the tenant as the customer. APS may work our well for the landlord, but they do not work out at all for the tenant. The property managers are rude and unresponsive to tenant needs and maintenance issues. We are paying a significant amount of rent, and we find that we must struggle to get anything done. APS insulates the property… owner from the tenant, but typically makes the property owner the "bad guy" when issues are raised. APS refused to properly clean the property prior to occupancy and then simply said that we could simply cancel our lease if we didn't like it.

I have been renting through this company for a little under a year now and they have continuously blown me away with their exceptional service.
