Individual Sessions are aimed at helping you gain clarity over your life, work on personal goals, and assure that we are addressing your personal goals.
As the Owner and Lead Therapist of Life Wellness Counseling Center, I am devoted to the growth and development of my clients. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, entrepreneur, daughter, wife, and friend.
I chose to become a counselor because as I grew up I began to notice that there are so many people that have become accustomed to conforming to pain, discomfort, and hopelessness and allowing it to dictate the rest of their lives, how they interact with themselves, and the world.I wanted to be a part of the process of trading beauty for ashes.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, I believe that He died and rose again so that we may have life and have it more abundantly. I believe that when we confess our sins and proclaim that He is Lord, we are made new in Him through forgiveness and salvation. I believe that we are waiting on His return so that we may have eternal life and live with Him forever in Heaven.
Counseling presents an opportunity for you to work through life's stumbling blocks, obstacles, and transitions in a forum that helps you make wise decisions, gain clarity, and receive healing to move forward in life. It opens up the door for you to begin to see situations in a different light, change behaviors, and make sure that our responses are not impulsive in nature.
