Original grief that is not processed can be a powerful force that keeps us locked in negative thinking patterns. Conversely, the awareness of our original grief can be the key that unlocks the path to move through our grief, so we can live unburdened by the pain of the past and in the fullness of the present moment.

Report
I was having a hard time finding a therapist in-network. After reaching tons of answering machines, and getting nowhere with email inquiries, I reached out to Bull City Psychotherapy to see if any therapists were available. I got an email back within 24 hours and was connected with a therapist that met my needs in very short order. Ashley is absolutely wonderful and has been critical to helping me during this crazy year. We have done all sessions via Zoom and schedules are flexible. Highly recommend if you are seeking someone to talk to!
