One day, I realized I had lost my confidence. I seemed to lose me. I didn't really even like myself. I felt overwhelmed, and at a loss with trying to make my life and marriage work. I became fed up with the stress and frustration over 20 years ago, and decided to make my first call to a life coach.

Although it wasn't easy to make the call, (I was so anxious about calling). The following are questions to help you figure out if you're on the right track in seeking work with me. Have your circumstances changed, and you're not quite sure what to do next? Are you just not yourself lately?

The REAL stuff. My Personal Story. When you call me for an appointment, know that you will not be judged in any way. Although I am educated and highly professional, I am also a regular person, and for years I hoped to someday be a person I could admire. I knew I needed to do something to feel better and make my life better so I decided to call a therapist/coach and begin a self-awareness, self-discovery journey.
I have earned a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Cincinnati Graduate School of Social Work and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work/Psychology from The College of Mount St. Joseph. I graduated with Summa cum Laude Honors. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Once you have looked over my website and you feel like you can relate, it's easy! Either text, email or call me. We can set up a 15-minute video consultation (through Zoom or FaceTime) if you'd like to meet me first and see whether or not I would be a good fit for you. Email is [email protected] or my phone is 513-706-5950.
Are you easily overwhelmed by things like as bright lights, strong smells, coarse fabrics, or loud noises?. Do you need time alone during busy days, in bed or a darkened room or some other place where you can have privacy and relief from the situation?. As an adult, I've always been into therapy/life coaching for myself.
Both therapy and coaching are nuanced professions, and it can be difficult to explain all of the differences in a short statement. But I'm going to try. Therapists are uniquely trained to guide people from a place of distress and dysfunction back to normal functioning. Coaches generally start with people who are already at their baseline and help them reach optimal function.
