Jen, was awarded her Masters in Counseling by the University of Georgia and is an active Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Jen has worked in a number of diverse treatment settings, with clients from all walks of life. Jen is an avid animal lover and works with clients on experiencing grief due to loss of a pet.
Counseling is for everyone. We offer a variety of treatment modalities to meet the individual treatment needs of our clients. Don't know your preference? We can help you explore several until you find your perfect fit. We provide certified Adoption competent therapists to work with you through out the adoption process.
As a Concierge & VIP Counseling, Concierge client you will be able to consult with your counselor by telephone, even if you don 't have an appointment. If your counselor is in session when you call, you can expect him/her to call you back as soon as he/she is available (even during evening and weekend hours).

Dr. Grayson has been a lifesaver through this pandemic. She has been patient, supportive, and always knows how to challenge me towards personal growth. She also started putting her daily affirmations & a daily video on social media for me. For all clients really, but they really apply to and help me. This is a pretty great place to be for therapy.

Talked to Ma'am twice on the phone and both times she's sound annoyed and irritated. It's hard to believe that during an actual appointment this tone or attitude would change so I didn't bother with wasting either one of our time further and decided to take my business elsewhere. Looking at a past review stating that this person can be rude is extremely believable.

First, the office smells so inviting and the fragrance invites you to the office coming down the hall way, then as you enter the office you are welcomed with the most relaxing music and inviting furniture. I swear everything was hand picked for my comfort and to put me at ease. I go in early sometime for some relaxing "me" time. Everyone in the office takes the time to explain every form, therapy, policy ect. to you and makes sure you are welcomed and comfortable. Accelerated Resolution Therapy got rid of my trauma in 1 session. Best Therapist in Jacksonville!!
