The team at The Glen is so friendly and inviting. The property is beautiful and the facilities are kept clean and well maintained. I love how close it is to Boba Time and other restaurants. The staff is so friendly and while staying there I felt so cared for. I cannot recommend The Glen enough! Best housing option for students, especially since there are so many floor plan options… huge thank you to Erin and Ernest and the entire Glen team!

I moved out from the glen on the 30th of July 2021. I cleaned the room, took pics and I thought the managers of the property would reach out to finalize the move out. I received a final bill from them that equals the monthly rent. They said the mattress was missing, that the carpet had to be replaced but they never did a walk through with me. Thankfully my mom took pics of the room. When I received the invoice the first thing we did call the asst. Mgr but he wouldn't answer, we left messages, no one called us back. We sent our pics to him but no response. To this day I haven't been

Was looking for a place for our son. A friend mentioned The Glen. Read the reviews, we toured it. Was exactly what we were looking for. The fact that it’s somewhat like student housing but gives your college student independence was a bonus. These are individual leases with everything included. Love the amenities.

If you're looking for a nice apartment close to campus, this is the place to be. I love the fact I can live with my friends, but we have our own lease and everything (including cable and Internet) is included. Makes life super convenient. The friendly staff is also a huge bonus! Couldn't recommend more!

This is an update review.
I really thought it could not get worst at the glen, but they prove me wrong!
In the beginning of April, 2020, water started pouring in my unit. It was so bad, I was literally forced to move out. Now I own them around $2,500 because I refused to pay rent for a place was unlivable. They also refused to do anything about my damage property due to their water leakage.
They claimed it was unforeseen but the water leakage happened to the previous tenant staying at the same unit as me. I would not doubt if the unit has mold on the walls from the water damage. I literally

My first few months here were very Ruff , However I now know it had to do with two things , The management Which is change and improved now ! and the roomates people are just fake when applying for apartments and so on so it's not there fault sense them I got transferred to a knew building ans I love my roomates and it has totally changed my experience and option of the Glends all through I think parking should be more guest friendly I'm over all pleased with living here !

I have leased from this place for over a year for my daughter to attend school. The community is loud and dirty. Upon arrival, the common area and kitchen was so disgusting that my daughter and I cleaned for 2 hours to try and make it live able. The trash was overflowing from the other roommates and the carpet on stairs were matted with hair and stained. My daughter never heard back from the office staff when she complained. The next week, a random guy was sleeping on the common room couch in an all girls designated townhouse. Also, when this safety issue was reported, no action was taken. The

By far the worst management you can think of, imagine signing a lease for a specific room you want and they notify you they don't have it anymore ??? How do you make someone commit something you don't have ? Employees are rude and give misleading information about what you can do. Don't stay here, having problems with lease, imagine staying there???

This place is awful and the "student housing" facade they like to play when they advertise is all a lie. They say they have high speed internet and a study room with desktops and a printer but the printer usually doesn't work. The wireless printer disconnects from the network very frequently and the quality of printing is unacceptable. Since the printer disconnects so frequently they will direct you to their email address to print from the office but they like to trash email a lot so I'd suggest emailing multiple times to assure your documents don't get tossed in the trash

Update: I paid off my remaining balance of $2,000 and they gave me a paper saying I owe nothing else.
So I tried to get on the lease for another apartment complex but when they called the Glen for confirmation of the final payments and no balance, the Glen said I STILL HAVE NOT PAID THEM MY AMOUNT DUE.
THIS IS INSANE AND PSYCHOTIC. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

I've been at the Glen for about 4 months and I have to say it's one of the greatest places I ever lived! The staff here is very helpful, we have a gym on site, a heated pool & jacuzzi, as well as a rec room... and the people that live here, are very friendly & the place is pretty quiet for the most part.
My experience in dealing with Ryan, who is the general manager there, is such a joy to deal with whenever there's a problem, which I hardly ever see or experience.

If I could give this place less than ZERO stars I would. The place looks beautiful and modern but the staff is horrible in all different aspects. They are currently on their 3rd or 4th general manager which goes to show management sucks. Chauntal, who is also part of management, is always "busy" and is a liar. She promise to remove a charge from my account because I was relocated due to issues with roommates and that never happened. When I tried to get those charges taken care of she then claimed that she couldn't remove them. Now I'm stuck with the over charge AND late fees
