Since the 1960's, the Triantafillopoulos family, at its restaurants in Athena, Greece and Jacksonville, Florida have worked with top quality materials showing respect for the food itself and the customer. Reflecting the heritage and the authenticity of Yia-Yia's (our mother and originator of the first two restaurants) recipes, we add to her wonderful food our passion of representing Greek healthy cuisine at its best.

We had a wonderful dinner, the food was delicious. The best thing about this restaurant is the service, owners and staff. So welcoming and happy! My little boy had a tour of the kitchen and was gifted cake and ice cream :) We will definitely be returning to enjoy the warm atmosphere and we will be ordering the flaming cheese appetizer we saw others get!

This is the best Greek restaurant I’ve ever been to. I love the people who own this restaurant and their food is so delicious! Their lemon chicken soup omg to die for. Their bread is the best bread I’ve ever… had. Every time I go I try something. The grouper is good, shrimp, lamb is delicious. I totally recommend this place! Love love love! So authentic. The servers are amazing and all so very nice. George the owner is always so welcoming and so amazing!

Stopped in for dinner and was disappointed to say the least. Service was ok, appetizers came out quick and hot, but that was the end of our good experience. When dinner arrived it was cold,. We sent our plates back, waited another 15 mins and the same exact plates came back to us, slightly warmer, but it was the same food we sent back. So now not only was the food barely warm, but it was old and tough. The manager apologized, saying there heat lamp was bad, but that didn't help our experience any. After an hour and a half, we left the restaurant, disappointed in our $100 dinner for 2

This is a rare find. True Greek cooking. Everything is delicious. Try the taramosalata. It rivals any you find inGreece. A small bottle of retsina wine is a must to accompany. The octopus is grilled to perfection for a great starter. Spanakopita also delicious. Wife got Greek spaghetti which she loved. Warm bread a great accompaniment. Many opted for Kok dessert but we enjoyed a complimentary galatobouriko--efharisto polli. Place is small and cozy Suggest you always call ahead to make a reservation. A place to come back to whenever in Jax.

This is a very good traditional Greek restaurant. They have all of your traditional Greek dishes.
We started with the taramasolta as an app & it was very good. She had chicken souvlaki which she enjoyed but felt the size of the entree was a little small. I had the dolmades dinner 8 they were very good dolmades. The rice was a little mushy but not bad overall.
It was a little strange on the sequence of service. They served the soups with the entrees & served a very good bread after the soup & entree came out.
They had a good selection of Greek beers but don't look for an ipa

We were in the area around dinner time so I yelled to find a restaurant to try, When this place popped up, we thought Greek food sounded good to us. We ordered the kritiko with grouper, spanakopita, and a chicken pita. We chose salads for our sides but they also had fries and soups. The soup options were chicken lemon rice, lentil, and navy bean.
Our order was ready by the time we arrived and it was hot and fresh. When we got home and opened the bag, it all smelled so good! The chicken in the pita was tasty and juicy and I liked their take on pita bread

What a nice find. I had been wanting to try this place for quite some time, it is just across the street from my house and I had read some very good reviews on this restaurant so last night my wife and I decided to finally go give it a shot. So glad we did, food is very homey and the staff and owners are so friendly that makes you wanna stay longer than usual. Will definitely be back to have some ouzo once they get their liquor license!

What is nice is when you previously have a five star dinner at a restaurant. And? You return and it's still a five star restaurant. Excellent staff wine and menu Their new chicken parm or eggplant Parm is delicious. Cones with linguine and a large salad. Their crusty bread is unmatched in be Florida. Great family owned restaurant. You'll think you're in Athens...

Rejoice in classic, authentic and mmmm Greek Food! George and Helen are amazing and we are so glad we found this restaurant. Had the Spanakopita plate which was huge, fresh, and just like YaYa made. Rice was lightly lemony and a perfect compliment. Hubby had the Chicken Souvlaki and it was sooo tender. juicy, and loaded with fresh veggies and the light pilaf same rice. We had the side Greek Salad, fresh perfection, and the Lemon Chicken Soup with amazing crusty bread!! So good, can not wait to go back! Very friendly, clean, and a wonderful local, family owned business to support! They spoiled Stevie

Really appreciate these guys. Had them cater a birthday party for us and the food was a huge success. We are no stranger to Greek food, but hands down this is the best Greek food we have eaten in Jacksonville. Bar none.
But on top of that, the service we received was exemplary from start to finish. I cannot say enough about George and his team(which is actually his family).

We like this place and the people are nice, but the food has being very inconsistent. We have tried to support small places, and if they would get the food more together, I'm give them a 5! The lemon chicken soup is awesome and the homemade bread, yummy!
Check your food before leaving if getting take out. There have been forgotten items and that is a bummer. They do have fresh pitas they sell that are fabulous.

Yiorgos is the host and Marilena is the chef. Yiorgos welcomes you with his friendly personality and makes you feel right at home. Marilena is so sweet, she is the greatest chef. She comes out to thank guests and build relationships with them.
I wish I could order everything on the menu! It all looks so good, and it's not expensive, very good quality and portion. I'll just have to come back again to try more dishes! Everything is very authentic!

Very Good Greek cuisine. We went for lunch today. My oldest and I shared pork solvaki (includes rice pilaf, grilled onions/bell peppers, Greek salad) .... Soooo good and so home cooked. My oldest got a cup of their. Chicken soup and she loved it. My youngest had chicken gyro .... she liked the flavor but maybe a little too authentic for her.
