Office team is nice and very willing to help if you need it. Maint team is good and fast on getting things fix. The grounds are clean/nice. Over all i am glad to call it home

Terrible place to live. I witnessed someone jumped the very next building over while walking my dogs. Trash on the ground everywhere. I was told I have to give a 60 days notice before I decide to leave or stay and they don’t bring you pricing options to renew until 30 days left in your lease, therefore, they charge you an extra month of rent for a month you more than likely won’t be living there. Police are always there because of the people fighting and yelling constantly. People in their cars blasting music at 3am. VERY OVERPRICED. Also it the washers and dryers in your building break, you

Office and maintenance staff are wonderful.I love my view of the trees in the back. Very piecefull. Very close to shopping and restaurants but not too close that it is a disturbance. Love it here.

I just recently bought a house & moved out of the community. I miss the girls at the office so much!! I have lived in a few different apartment communities but I have never met such a great staff. The maintenance men are very funny & helpful, Mike is always willing to lend a helping hand. Nicole, Rachel & Angie are so much fun to be around. With the 24 hour fitness center, I was in & out of the office a lot & got to know the staff really well. The buildings were well maintained.
