I specialize in helping people find holistic approaches to mental and emotional health. I often work with high-achieving, perfectionistic people who are looking to attain more balance and learn new ways to manage stress. Through our work together, you will gain practical tools and skills for managing the ups and downs of life.

You'll learn mindfulness-based strategies for enhancing your own well-being and your relationships with others. I primarily work with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem but have also supported clients through relationship and dating difficulties, body image issues and life transitions. I began studying Counseling and Hypnotherapy in 2008.

I found Jenna right here on Yelp about a month before the pandemic started. While the last year has been a challenge for everyone. I can't not imagine my life with out the immense help and support that Jenna has provided me with. Jenna taught me boundaries, mindfulness, meditation and it has resulted in immense peace and self love. I've been fortunate to know Jenna for over 10 years. Jenna is my most trusted listener and confidante. She will attentively listen as long as is needed and always conclude with her wise perspective and words of love and encouragement. Jenna helped me see the truth and beauty of what I have to offer, and to own it! Jenna is amazing! I was looking for a counselor to help me through a difficult time and also to delve deeper into already existing core issues surrounding what was going on in my life.
