After my car was out of factory warranty, I didn't want to continue using the dealer's service because it was so expensive. I asked around and a friend of mine recommended Beach Benz. Mike and Michelle were very professional and friendly. I took my W140 in for a repair that had stumped me and drained my time trying to do on my own. I’ve been using Beach Benz for 7+ years and Mike is by far the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I’ve ever met. I needed a repair that was going to cost $3,000+ and instead of just charging me that amount (because I would have never known the difference) he found a “loophole” to have it fully covered by the manufacturer. He literally went out of his way to save me money by calling the dealer and confirming it could be done by them at no charge. If you have a MBZ, Beach Benz needs to be saved in your phone’s contacts. I just took my new car here for the B service because I am confident the work will be done properly and there won't be any problems (like at a large dealership where I've had problems in the past with an important cap being left off and my turn signals disconnected). Mike is as honest as they come. Took my newly purchased older 450SL in for service and an inspection. Mike gave it a full once over, told me a few things he saw, but said nothing was urgent and to go out and drive and enjoy the car! Super knowledgeable on older cars as well as new ones. Amazingly reasonable.
Finally found a place I trust. Highly recommend!

I came here for an oil change; the staff was friendly and the prices seem fair. When I got home I noticed on the invoice I was charged for 8 quarts of oil, but I knew from reading the owners manual that the engine only takes 6.9 qts. A quick check of the dipstick showed that the engine had in fact been overfilled with oil, and the manual is clear about not overfilling since it can cause damage to the engine or catalytic converter. I siphoned off over a half quart of oil to get it down to the correct level. Since I can't trust them to do a simple oil change correctly, I won't be back

My car needed a tuneup and a two other issues not only did Mike make those repairs but also took care of a few more issues When I got my bill it was only for the original repair not for any of the other work he did, I offered to pay for all the repairs but Mike would not take request saying "it was just the right thing to do" so Mike I gave you five stars because it is the right thing

Fantastic place. Service is always quick, friendly, honest and reliable. Been going here for years. Mike is always honest with me and will say whether he thinks I need something replaced right away or if I can wait. Id consider myself more of a Honda or Toyota guy but Beach Benz makes me want to keep getting Mercedes - just so I can have an honest mechanic to go to.

Mike and his crew at Beach Benz are top notch. I don't have do worry about being taken advantage of because they are very honest and you can tell they care about you and not just your car. Its easy to call and ask questions where you get that personable touch that is almost impossible with used car repair. With the help from Beach Benz I have been able to keep my older S Class. Knowing that if something happens I have great affordable help right at my fingertips and my car will be taken care of by a great service provider.

I'm a car chick on a tight budget. My first car was a 1965 GTO bought at auction that my Dad and I worked on together. I love cars and without Mike and his team at Beach Benz there would have been no way for me to keep my old 600SL or my current CLS AMG on the road.
