Our insurer, State Farm called the Honda Dealer in Bradenton (which does not have its own auto body shop) for recommendations. This was their first choice. So glad they suggested this team.
Our brand new (700 miles) car was rear ended by a Ford F150 at 45 mph (along with 5 other vehicles - we were first). While the exterior damage doesn't look that bad, the wheel was destroyed, rotor was wrapped around our bent suspension, and the total exceeded $8,000.
The insurance company received their estimate the next day, and authorized most of the genuine Honda new parts, but substituted several

I had quotes from 3 different companies and Ponto's was the most complete. The other companies missed key components which probably would have been added later when I picked up the car. The job was done exactly as promised and was done excellently. The staff were friendly and answered all questions. I am very happy and would highly recommend Ponto's to anyone.

We recently took our car in to Ponto's for a small repair. The staff was very helpful and friendly from start to finish. They did an excellent job and actually had it done a day early. Kevin came out to give me a quote for a dent on a second car and offered to rub off a scratch on the front of it while we talked. We will definitely recommend Ponto's to family and friends in the future! Thank you again.

In late October, we had a hit and run accident with our brand new '16 Honda Civic. Hendrick recommended Ponto's to do the repair, and since they were also contracted with my insurance company, I decided to trust them with fixing our car. I picked up the car this afternoon after dropping it off only 8 days ago, and it looks brand new! Their team did a fantastic job repairing the back of our car, and restored it to new condition. The office staff is warm and friendly, helping us through the rental and return of a replacement car while ours was with them. I can't say enough wonderful
