Madison At Roosevelt Apartments

I wish I could give them more stars! Madison at Roosevelt is the best apartment complex ever!! I recently moved out after 1 year and some change, and I was sad because I knew it was going to be hard finding another apartment like this.
Pros:
1. The staff is the best in the world, they are always so helpful and genuinely nice people they really do care about the people living here. I would have questions they would answer I would forget the answer and have to call and ask all over again and they never seemed annoyed lol and I knew I got annoying. But they really were amazing from move in to move

This place has been a great experience my first year here. The price is competitive, the maintenance workers prompt and respective, Valen is a Gem of human, the neighborhood is friendly. They try to have community events, keep in touch with residents, and even have food trucks and vendors stop by from time to time. A Good Stay!

Recently moved in and I couldn't be happier, the Staff is awesome and friendly. They all take care of any issues you may have and work with you to solve any problem. I was in the good hands of Vale and Jason, who made me feel extremely welcome as well as the neighbors. Everyone here so far says hello to everyone and you can feel like a small town were everyone knows each other. 20/10 for location, everything is within 10 min or less, the beach is the farthest drive and its like 15 straight shot from here. I couldn’t be happier. Maintenance is quick too.

This year has been one of the hardest years to find an available apartment. I had inquired about an available apartment in September and none were available. In October Valen reached out to me to let me know 2 had opened up!! What service!! The move-in process was seamless! They even gave me a welcome bag that included a roll of toilet paper! Silly to some, but I had in fact forgot about that small detail. I had a few repairs that needed to be done and they showed up the same day, within hours, of submitting my online ticket. My neighbors are all friendly, the community is quiet and well-maintained

We have lived here for a little over a month and cannot say enough how much we love it here! Every e is so nice and accommodating. From the front staff always answering my many questions to the maintenance team quickly coming to the rescue. This is the nicest and most friendly apartment complex we have lived at.

Pros:
1. Very good maintenance and very good staff
2. Parking is very comfortable for visitors and residents
3. Gated and feels safe
Cons:
1. Bad neighbors (We Might be unlucky) especially I always prefer to stay on ground floor so I always get unlucky with the people who stay on 1st floor :(
2. Flooring was bad, you can literally hear people walking(Just like a Godzilla walking sound) above your apartment so always take a apartment in 1st floor so that you can be a annoying neighbor :)
3. When people shut the door things in my apartment moves!! It’s that high vibration !! And late night

Valen is nice and so is the maintenance crew. But that's pretty much it for the good things regarding this apt complex. Mgmt is very slow to response, I emailed them and it took them almost 2 months to respond. There was so many things wrong with our apt and we received no compensation at all even though it was not our fault at all. Worst of all, our apt was infested with roaches and in our contract it said that the pest control ppl would come once a month but in my year there, they came twice and both times i had to call the office

Went here when browsing for apartments. The people were nice. However they never gave me a tour and did virtual videos instead and I did not want to consider applying until I see the rooms but they could not do that as they told me no rooms were available but however apartments.com said there were rooms available and the site also said the rent was lower than what the office told me. They say they do things like fluctuate the rent every 3 days. One week it was $1380. The next it was $1470 witch is more than my currant apartment. and after hearing that I walked away from that place and I'm glad

I have lived at Madison at Roosevelt for 6 years, and I absolutely love it here. When this complex was purchased by the current owners, they went all out to improve the property and the apartments. The office and maintenance staff are incredible. Whenever I have a problem, it is attended to immediately. The property is kept up beautifully and improvements are made all the time. I also love the community events and food trucks we have periodically. Seriously my favorite thing ever! You will not regret living here!

I’ve been staying with Madison at Roosevelt for almost two years now. In that time I’ve lived in two separate units of theirs. The three bedroom I first lived in was fantastic and spacious for me and my two friends. The second, however has somehow been even more amazing than the last. Beautifully renovated with fresh paint, granite countertops, and fantastic amenities. The staff here are the friendliest people you can meet and are willing to go great lengths to help you out. If you like hearing everything your neighbor does then move here. That apartments themselves are not bad at all. For a one bedroom, it is quite spacious. The bedroom fits a king bed a probably a little bit more. Everything is clean and updated in apartments. Outside areas are clean and well kept. I just didn't like the no privacy of hearing everything.

I am a former employee of Madison at Roosevelt. 3 years and just recently moved out of state. I will say I have seen the changes from the previous owners to the new/current owners. This community was not a community when I started and there was a lot of issues.. I'd be here all day if I had to list them all. I am not kidding. The previous manager/owners failed to tell me the property was for sale.
