Great apartments for a great price! Friendly office staff, timely and friendly maintenance, lovely grounds. Happy to call this place home.

This place is a great start-up for my boyfriend and I! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the community is gorgeous :)

I have only lived here for about a month now and I can say that my time here so far has been great! Any issue I had has been solved in a great amount of time, whether it was maintenance related or not being able to locate a package my issues was solved immediately!!!

I have been living here for a year now and I love it. It is a safe place to live and near everything gas station, grocery store and the highway.

I just moved into my new apartment here at Riverwood. I really like the community and my Neighbors everyone is very nice and friendly. I'm glad I picked Riverwood apartments.

Lived here for almost half a year and everything has gone very smooth. Easy to apply and move in. Amenities are adequate and the staff is friendly.

My fiancé and I recently moved into Riverwood. We have been pleasantly surprised by everything so far. Our 2 bedroom renovated apartment is very spacious and modern. Maintenance requests were fulfilled quickly. We are very excited to utilize the amenities like the pool and weight room soon!

4.5 stars. Plus: spacious rooms, large closets, 2ba with 2 bed, heated garage underground, front loading washer and dryer in unit. Large outdoor area for walking dogs, flying kites. Nice size storage room. Love grilling out on first floor porch. Heated pool and workout area are nice but we have under utilized those. Maintenance is 10/10 in responding quickly. Rent costs have gone up at fair rates. Will soon have traffic light for easier entry. Located close to the I. Minus: lighting in master bath is same as in guest bath, but room is 2x bigger, so lighting is not as bright. Smoke detector goes

We have lived here about 3 months and so far we are loving our new apartment. We have the largest 2 bedroom apartment model and it's perfect for my husband and I plus our College Student Son that will only live with us about 4 months out of the year. We have an updated model too and all of our visitors have been very impressed by our counters, cabinets and appliances - including the full size front-loading washer and dryer.

Very good looking with quite modern units available. Excellent facilities. A very conscience staff who are approachable and willing to fill your needs. Quiet yet family friendly, even for your fur babies. I have been a long time resident, and never had an issue that could not be addressed right away. A definite stop to consider when settling into our community.

I'm at the tail end of my lease and really can't wait to get out. Since moving in last year, I've had numerous issues.

To start with the most egregious, I had two trips to the emergency room for anaphylactic shock after getting stung by a bee- IN MY APARTMENT. I've had countless other close encounters. My numerous maintenance requests went unanswered except for once. They had an exterminator come in to spray around my balcony for them, but he kindly left my sliding door open to welcome several bees inside. Update 11/20/2018. Riverwood has taken care of this situation by bringing in a professional exterminator. They also cleaned up and checked in the past few days. I have not had any signs of mice since this happened. Staff even wrote an apology note, with all their signatures, saying they'd remain in contact until the issue was fixed, which is greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking care of the issue :)

I am an MD physician and chose to live here for commute convenience as I work at Saint Luke's in Milwaukee and husband in Chicago. Please know I have lived in high end apartments in Minneapolis and Milwaukee and not dealt with such problems anywhere ever. Extreme unprofessionalism and general apathy from administration and head office both.
This may be too early to write but I felt compelled to review my experience so far as it's a busy moving season and all future renters should be aware of what is to come. My whole interaction with the apartment administration has been sour. They are
