I took my car in to get the brakes/suspension checked out. They got back with me very quickly with what was wrong with my brakes and also that I had a tie rod end that needed replaced. The quote was very reasonable and I feel as though they are very competent and thorough with their work. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly with excellent customer service skills. It has been hard to find a car repair shop that does all these things right, so I definitely will be returning in the future.

Their prices are hard to beat. The rate they charge here is considerably lower than most prices I was able to find.
The service I received was also pretty fast and very friendly. I was under the impression something was wrong with my car that actually wasn't. Instead of gouging me for a fix that wasn't necessary, Mr. Heck was honest with me about the whole situation.
Mr. Heck and his whole team are very professional, friendly, and transparent. They give a true five star experience for less than a traditional five star price.
