Staff is friendly and helpful with questions. Grounds are kept up. The maintenance staff is quick to do repairs. Gym is nice. Can't wait for spring to try out pool. The dog run is nice and it is used by many in the community. Laundry room is usually clean with 3 units each and cheaper than laundromat. Neighbors are friendly and most are good cleaning up after pets. Units are not soundproof, as expected. Location is close to restaurants and shopping. Overall, reasonable rent with flexible lease lengths, pet friendly, grounds kept up and with nice amenities.

Nice place to live with all the trees and amenities, would definitely recommend living here! Staff are always available to help when you need something.

I moved here back in July and I love it here! It's quiet compared to other apartments that I've lived in. The apartment layout is fantastic and nice sized. It's close to Bay Park Mall and Lambeau Field and a wide variety of restaurants in the area.

Great place to live! The apartments are very nice and cozy inside and the staff are very helpful. My neighbors are quiet and respectful as well. The parking lots have plenty of spaces to park. And best of all, pets are allowed!

Amazing community to live in. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff repair things in a VERY timely manner and grounds keeping is done well.
Pool and workout areas are always kept clean and clubhouse is an awesome place to hangout with friends.

I have lives here 5 years the property is well maintained at all times. Maintenance team is always timely and friendly as well as the leasing office. I enjoy as well where I live and have recommended to several people. Great job to the staff .

The staff is great. I have really nice quiet neighbors. Bus stop right at the end of the property if you need busing. There is also many events throughout the year to get to know your neighbors. Feel like it is the go to place if you are just coming to the area. The mall is right down the road. Love it here! Great place to call home.

Ive lived here since February and i couldn’t be happier! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the rent is extremely affordable. The laundry facilities are very nice especially since getting new washers, dryers, and flooring.

Creekwood Apartments is a great place to live. The location is convenient (nearby Lambeau Field as well as a shopping mall and a number of restaurants!) the rent isn’t too high and the facilities are nice. Always prompt and friendly when a work order needs to be filled as well.

The guy who gave me a tour of the apartment was very nice and made me feel very welcome and at home and that was just a tour! He answered all of my questions simply and honest which made the tour very stress free compared to other apartment complexes. After the tour was over I was allowed to wait in the warmth of the clubhouse until it was time for me to catch the bus. Creekwood went above and beyond for me and it was greatly appreciated!

Staff is not understanding, it took me leaving a bad review for someone to replace my garbage disposal (after calling several times and also they tried to "fix it" several times. Now I reported my electric bill was over $150 and they replaced one thermostat and said it would be fixed, now they say it's the water heater and said three weeks ago they would replace it, it still hasn't been replaced after calling and complaining several times! $160 electric bill for a one bedroom apartment and I shower at the gym. Ridiculous!!!!!!

The apartments and located in an excellent location near Oneida Boulevard and Lambeau Field. Though the buildings are not new, the apartment management has installed new cabinets in the kitchens and bathrooms making the units appear new. I recommend this apartment as a pleasant place to live.

They have a nice pool and serve a very basic continental style breakfast each morning which is good before rushing off to work or school. There are 11 buildings on site and 5 of them are for pet owners. The location is great and the apartments themselves are clean and in good condition. The best part is the great location. It is a really nice wooded community with many trees and open spaces. It is very quiet too and close to the mall. The bad parts are the small size of the apartments 800sq feet for a 2 bedroom, and when you enter the hall in the summer it is hell because each unit has an

Well, not sure what I was expecting. The apartments are on the smaller side. They are very nice inside. Walking into the hallways of the building, you think you're going into a horror movie hotel. But like I said, the insides are very nice. Not sure if I'm too keen on the location.
