PLEASE NOTE: In an abundance of caution, all non-emergency maintenance requests will be on hold until we receive additional information from the CDC that the risk of infection has lessened enough to resume our daily activities. At that time, we will review all outstanding maintenance requests and assign these to our maintenance team based on priority, not when the request was received.
Tuscany Hills is a pet friendly community, with a maximum of two pets per household. The property requires a $400 security deposit per pet, along with monthly pet rent. 55 lbs is the maximum weight allowed. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information. Parking at Tuscany Hills is a breeze.

We recently moved in and we are very happy. We rented for a couple of years near the mall for a slightly higher rate and we did not have everything that we have included here. Smoke free, you get your own garage plus outside parking, huge pool, and the staff are very friendly. Rachelle was kind enough to help us through the process and was always available for any questions/concerns we ever have/had. The apartment complex is small/private and very well taken care of. Seneca is around the corner which is a great if you have children who are in K-6th grade. Overall a great place so far and I hope

By far one of the best communities here in Moreno Valley with garages for every unit without paying extra. Very affordable. Been here since 2010, and I'm here to stay! Laureena, and Rochelle are amazing young ladies. They are always there for your needs in a fast manner. The grounds are well kept, respectful neighbors, quiet community. Maintenance are always on point. The only thing I would suggest fixing is parking, but that's in every community!

It is a very quiet place, which is great. This is a nice apartment community as evident by the open potted plants on the nearby first floor residences; these things make the area look pleasant and safe :D I am in a 1 Br/1Ba apartment w/ a detached garage very close by; because of this, parking is never an inconvenience. But I can see why for others.
In addition, security deposits seem to be the main area of concern for many residents so this is something I am hoping not to encounter.
