Our story may have begun on April Fools Day, but our dedication to the safety, drivability, and longevity of your vehicle is not a joke. For more than a decade, our team of auto mechanics has been trusted to take care of drivers throughout San Diego, but our story has humble beginnings. In fact, it all started with an alarm clock.
Bryan's genuine concern for others helped him fit right in to our family back in 2010. He comes from an extensive automotive background starting in the early '90s! He is ASE certified as a service consultant as well as in Suspension, making him a true asset to the JAC team. Bryan is married to his beautiful wife Charlene, and they have 5 children, Andrew, Bryan, Nicole, Tyler and Matthew.

I worked with Matt to try and figure out why my check-engine light came on and it was quite an experience. They did a full point inspection and determined the PCV valved needed to be replaced. Okay, no problem. Unfortunately, the part was defective and broke the next day. I had to get a tow off the highway back to the shop (not the end of the world, my car insurance had free towing). They replaced the part for free and off I went. The next day the check-engine light came on again, on Christmas eve! Obviously, I had to wait until after the Holidays to bring it back a third time. These guys, Justin, Bryan, the whole crew I believe, went above and beyond, to try to figure out what was going on with my car. The communication was wonderful and you could tell that they were giving it their all. I have always had trust issues with mechanics but they showed themselves to be completely trustworthy and we will be back. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are not there to gouge you and 'find' things that aren't wrong with your car. I cannot recommend John's enough!!

I had a minor bumper issue, and my friend recommended me to this place. I called just to let them know the problem, and they told me to come right in. Immediately after arriving, Justin knew I was the guy on the phone, and we went straight to my car. He did it free of charge and told me not to worry about it and how he just wanted to help. I highly recommend people to come to this place for a reliable check-in and quick service. Shout out, Justin!
