First found this shop a few months ago when I needed my wheel bearings replaced on my truck. They were fast, professional, knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell on stuff you don't need done. For that, I have made this my go to for any issues I may have in the future. 1st time to this place, my experience.

What a fantastic experience! The repairs were done on time and the cost was a couple thousand dollars less than "the dealer" wanted to charge! I will NEVER take my car to a dealer for repairs again. The Honest-1 guys are truly living up to their name!

I’m 55 years old and this was, by far, one of the best automotive repair experiences in my life. From any company. Willie was so helpful over the phone he brought me in with his kindness and service. In person at the counter he proved to be just as nice and helpful. The waiting area was clean and incredibly accommodating for customers. The mechanic, George, finished quickly with the repairs needed. He left a small token of goldfish crackers as a thank you to me as a customer with his card on my steering wheel. I personally thought this was the nicest gesture I’ve experienced at an automotive

I have had my car serviced at this location many times and the employees are always attentive, helpful, honest, and fair. Today I took my car by after accidentally breaking the dipstick off in the oil well and not being able to retrieve it. Willy went out of his way to remove the broken dipstick. Top notch service

I got in my car and was smacked with the smell of gasoline. I looked around and saw some gas on the ground. My car started, but when running there was gas pouring out. I called Honest after reading the reviews. They told me they would look at it and within an hour, they had it diagnosed and an estimate. I was expecting a $300-$500 bill. I was more than surprised that it was under that by a couple hundred dollars. It was so much lower that I asked them to do an oil change too.
My only con with them (and it is not enough to lower their rating) would be their hours. I would have liked to see them

FANTASTIC! They have unparalleled service, from the actual work itself to their customer service. Very knowledgeable and they shine light on everything that is wrong with your vehicle or what needs attention. They will send you pictures and explain in detail so you know you're not getting cheating and their prices are extremely reasonable for the work they do! George, Willie, and Tyler were so helpful, I truly couldn't ask for a better experience because it was perfect! My car has never ran better!

What a great experience! The owner was super nice, extremely helpful & very personable as was the manager! My oil change & tire pressure corrected on all 4 in 30 minutes. No additional sales pitch for unnecessary parts, which I really appreciated. The waiting room was very clean as was the restroom. I felt very comfortable there. I will be back & I'm also sending my son-in-law. I went to my car & on the dash was a small bag of chocolate chip cookies - how sweet!

I could not be happier with my experience at Honest -1 Auto Care. I recently brought my 2006 Nissan Altima in for service and now it purrs like a kitten. This business is thorough and gets right to the crux of the matter. As a new customer, I was a little skeptical because of prior experiences but those concerns melted away because of the way I was treated.
