From our offices in Spokane, we serve clients throughout Washington in criminal law, family law, and divorce cases. Attorney Julie A. Twyford handled and won her first trial in 1978. Since then, she has represented countless clients in jury and non-jury trials and negotiations. Mark Cassell is the newest attorney to join Twyford Law Office and is already establishing himself as a powerhouse in family law.
Julie Twyford has built her life around helping people. For 40 years she has dedicated her life to the law, and the pursuit of equality and fairness. Ms. Twyford has long been recognized as one of the premier trial lawyers in Spokane, and in Washington. Ms. Twyford's practice exclusively focuses on family law and criminal law matters.
Mark Cassell is Twyford Law Office's newest associate attorney. He practices primarily in the areas of criminal law and family law. Before joining Twyford Law Office, Mark gained extensive criminal defense experience while working in the Denver, CO area. Mark believes in client-centered lawyering. He brings this view to all the cases he works on, creating a strong bond and relationship with each client.

when we started with Twyford law I was thrilled with Mark's work. I thought they would do the job I asked them to do everything was going as expected and then Mark said he was too busy and quit. I was a month away from my mediation and two months away from my divorce trial.... quality only matters if they don't cut your feet out from under you. Please be warry as they will not meet expectations. When I asked why he was so busy he said that he had so many new accounts come on... seems to me you should be obligated to your current clients but that

They absolutely have questionable ethical practices. Not only do they allow frivolous cases that have no business being entertained that drag out litigation for years, Mark went so far as to call me when he was told he was not welcome to and proceeded to attempt to intimidate me prior to a small claims court trial, which for those of you that don't… know is no attorney involvement. That's saying nothing of the absolute screaming tantrum Julie threw in mediation when life wasn't going her way or having to listen to Mark badmouth my case to his buddies in the middle of the hallway of the courthouse

Horrible!!! Completely unprofessional, unqualified, did a terrible job with no communication. They will just swear at you, don't reply to questions and just completely unprofessional. Julie Twyford really went to bat for my son's momentary lapse of reason. I did my research, read the reviews, and chose her. My son's case went from a felony with possible jail time and a heavy fine, and/or community service and probation to a misdemeanor and just a light fine! She knew all the players... the judges, and the prosecutors. She knew just how to handle everything! My son and I live in California; she handled the whole thing with us in another state.
