My underage daughter and her friend were attending a play in the area last night. Antonio's was within walking distance so they decided to give it a try. Seeing the Strawberry Daiquiri in the Non-alcoholic section she ordered it while pointing to that section of the menu (from who we would find out later was the cook). Irma took their dinner order and they ate their meal. When the check arrived they looked over the charges to split the bill and discovered my daughter's $5.00 drink was $8.00. Had a late night at the office. Got hungry. Walked just a few blocks and found this gem. Food was fantastic. Prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly and hard working and honestly I felt doted on. Their tortas are 10/10. Warm bread that’s soft with just a tiny crunch. Fresh avocados, lettuce, tomatoes, like they were picked today. Carnitas were crispy and tender and abundant. I enjoyed every bite. What a pleasant surprise

After a long day or travel and seeking out a smoke-free spot for dinner outside of a casino with our children, we stumbled across Antonio's. We were welcomed in like family and treated to an tasty dinner of tacos and quesadillas. It's perfect for a low key family meal. The staff was fantastic. They kept us laughing and made excellent suggestions. Make sure you stop by while in Reno!

This place was amazing! Was walking around checking out Reno since it’s been awhile and the food here was fantastic. It’s always smaller places like this were the food is great and service is great. I loved talking to the staff about different kinds of tequila, I even mentioned a bottle of tequila they haven’t even opened the bottle in forever. I love this place, hope to stop by here again when I’m in town.

Don’t normally write reviews but this stop was well worth it. Got three tacos - al pastor, Camaron & Rajas. Amazing and perfect price/size ! Loved the fresh guava margarita. Bf got the chorizo burro and pomegranate marg. Excellent all around. Ordered another round of margs with the blackberry and Italian flavors (pictured.) Will be coming back for sure.

The first night we went to eat, the service was great! Antonio Jr was very outgoing, friendly and pleasant. The pastor meat was flavorful.
The second night we went, there was no pastor after we had ordered it. They asked what we wanted instead. We chose asada. The asada was not as flavorful and was a bit disappointed. Antonio wasn't there, so we had a different server. She was okay. Very little interaction with her.
We will probably try again if we visit again. From out of town.

Went to this Restaurant while being frustrated by all the mediocre choices at the casinos during our trip. The food menu was extensive with choices and enjoyed my meal of steak Fajitas so much and the owners son Antonio Jr was so attentive to all customers we were so impressed we went back next day for another evening meal of loaded nachos & spicy margaritas! We were so impressed with the quality of food and outstanding service.

Our favorite Reno Mexican restaurant. Family owned and operated. We took my mother-in-law to dinner at Antonio's last Saturday night for her birthday. What a great place! The waitress was delightful and not at all put off by serving a old lady. She had excellent customer service and was a lot of fun! The food was great! Family owned makes a difference. :-)

Second time here so I had to say something great about this place almost 7 years part of the community and family owned! The food is fresh delicious and made straight with love! You know it's good when they got grandma in the back cooking you up some original authentic food. Wait there's more..... the drinks I took a sip of mine okay two sips. And I am feelin my drink! It looks good. Taste very good! Nice warm day to enjoy this delicious drink shrimp cocktails and taco salad. Much love for this place will definitely be returning for the food! The drinks most importantly the service.

I am a bit embarrassed as my wife let our server know I was a Yelp elite member as we left. And that I would be leaving a excellent review. Ok yes that is true but no need to announce it.

Although we have eaten here several times before, yesterday was the first time that we ordered takeout. We used the the online ordering link from their website and it worked out really well! We were happily greeted by familiar, friendly staff upon entry and the food was prepared very quickly.
My son had the Chile Verde Burrito and three of us had Shrimp Burritos. I was really happy with my order- the shrimp were fairly large and tasted freshly grilled. Solid place for a good, decently priced Mexican meal. The portions were big and very affordable. Sadly, you have to pay for the chips and salsa (big believer in complimentary chips & salsa at Mexican places) but the portions were big for a small price. The salsa was good and the chips came warm, we ended up ordering a second round of them. The burrito definitely satisfied my craving, and the margarita was good. The inside was pretty nice and I'd love to go back when it's warmer to sit on the patio. Service was wonderful. Overall a lovely experience, would definitely return!

Last night was my first visit to Antonio's with my girlfriend and it was over all a very nice dining experience. To start with all the staff was very friendly and helpful giving advice towards menu options and their happy hour. We decided to start with two happy hour $5 lime margaritas and they tasted so good. For our main course we both went with the x2 cheese enchiladas meal. Being predominantly vegetarian it's important to us not to have animal fat in our beans.
