Staff was incredible and service was best ever! But the Italian food prepared by Mexican nationals left alot to be desired.... The risotto tasted like dish soap and the best thing we ate was a ceviche which makes the Mexican influence on this restaurant new fusion style of cooking and was great! But we were expecting traditional Italian food and this was not it... All the staff were so friendly and the location is the best in the state..

Disappointed, food was below average. I ordered a cioppino and I got a linguine frutti di mare. I guess the chef, not Italian, thinks that a cioppino and a frutti di mare pasta are the same thing. I had previously ordered a Carbonara since you don't find it on many Italian menus. I asked if they could make the traditional Italian style with no peas or cream, I guess the chef got sensitive about it and sent back the server saying "that's how he makes it" I guess wrong recipes are the norm here. We also ordered a lamb chop to finish off our meal. We ordered it med-rare and it was served rare. The

This is becoming my favorite Italian restaurant in Scottsdale. The calamari and the linguine with clams are always fantastic. Your mussels are the best bar none with a delicious picante red sauce with garlic.… The special tonight was the Chilean sea bass with mushroom risotto and it was to rave about. My husband enjoys the bolognese sauce here as well and the tiramisu is the best. I would highly recommend this restaurant for high quality superb Italian and seafood.

First time here at Tommy V's, we were seated right away our food was good we order some appetizer mussels and strawberry salad my entree was honey and blackberry garlic glazed salmon my husband order seared sea scalloped and for dessert, we ordered tiramisu, my was a little disappointed with the scalloped a bit salty but otherwise we are happy with everything else. We will be back of course.

Stopped in for a dinner date during restaurant week and holy guacamole this place was absolutely amazing. I half expected the portions to be rather small as a promotion was going on but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Our server Chris was extremely attentive and polite. A great experience all around.
